How can this not be considered a conflict of interest?

The final act of Anna's destruction will be HK$' testimony that she, Anna caused Daniel's death by handing him her cup of Methadone instead of his own drink of soda.

It's just the wording that is confusing. Ignore it for now. There is no conflict because Howard is the father of Anna's heir...at least as far as Bahama Law goes.....and at this point in time.
So is this other drug (i'm still googling) called GHB aka Somatomax. Wasn't Anna taking something called Soma something? This drug causes seizures and coma. This article says it has a salty soapy taste but that is easily masked. And no trace of it is left in the urine after 12 hours:

I hope they realized that this Forum/thread(s) represented more than just opinion. For over a month it has included great forensic research by informed professionals with experience and background. Not just one-liner pop offs.

At least Martino is there. He would know who Daniel was seeing for depression. It looks like the PI will not be there BUT, it doesn't mean that by the time this is in gear, that he won't show up.
I'm afraid i've popped off more than a few one liners. But we have all used our common sense and put our head together in trying to put this puzzle together. I hope what we've come up with will be taken advantage of by anybody who can use it to help get our baby back and put HKS behind bars.
(Dannielynn doesn't have a mother right now, but she has a whole bunch of psuedo-mommies who love her and would love to have her back home in the good old USA with her daddy where she belongs)

How will Howard identify himself as related to Daniel? A friend?? He was Anna's only son and she and I were long time companions. Leave out the words guardian, executor, pretend husband and pretend father of Danny...and he's got it made.
How convenient for Howard that she died before the release of the movie. More ticket sales!!!
It's gonna be hard for him to say he was Daniels friend cuz Martino is gonna dispute that. But then Howie will just say "well Daniel was a little jealous of mine and Anna's relationship".

The human body and the human mind can only take so much. I think we have to look for: "Was it physically possible for Anna, in the state she was in, to induce the dose that killed her AND what drugs did she receive AFTER KE left.
Exactamundo. And i wonder what kind of deal Anna had on this movie. Was it one of those wherein the actress gets a percentage of sales? Or a flat fee?
