From what I've read, they decide Manner of death. Manner of death may be "Obvious"...a blow for example "THAT COULD HAVE ONLY BEEN ADMINISTERED BY SOMEONE ELSE" but it may also be an "opinion".

Opinion is always subject to scrutiny. My Profession works that way also. If someone doesn't like my Opinion, they can challenge it.

We should never forget how comfortable Howard is abusing the law to his advantage. He's in his element.

Anyone recall hearing about "bruises" on Daniel?

My theory is that when Howard picked him up at the airport, they got into a physical confrontation during a heated argument.. (bruises)..BUT Howard convinced him NOT to tell his Mother about it and spoil her happiness with the new baby.

So, what about the person who prescribed all this stuff, Khristine Eroshevich? Schueler explains that the medical examiner's office cannot rule on things like malpractice or negligence.

"We didn't think it was a homicide," he said.

In other words, Eroshevich did not prescribe this smorgasbord of sedatives and other medicines with the intent to kill. If she did anything wrong, it would have to be taken up in other quarters.

IMO the police, not the medical examiner, should interview people and decide who was responsible for Anna's death or whether it was an accident or not. The ME should only reveal the CAUSE of death. There should have been an official inquest in Anna's death.

Perper's "accident" call in Anna's death is a theory, an assumption, an opinion. He simply cannot know that. It's an impossibility.

But that same "defect" is likely the grounds for reasonable doubt.

What he did say, is that if she had been taken to the hospital, she probably would have lived because THEY would have been controlling her drug intake. That goes nack to KE and Howard's: "I'm not a Doctor".

I hate to say this but Wecht sounds like he is paid and bought for. Good idea to send e-mails. The behavior is way too weird.

My first reaction when I heard of Howard Stern's appeal was that he hopes, in addition to creating delay, to distract from the hearings in the Bahamas, rattle witnesses, and torment Anna Nicole's mother and Larry. He is greatly worried.

The baby should never be left under Howard Stern's care.

All we are doing is examining things mainly based on events that HOWARD HIMSELF presented us. Anna appeared on National TV whacked out of her mind several times. The fact that Howard allowed it and also her best friend is appalling is disgusting.

We are not CONVICTING Howard. We are speculating what it looks like.

I just know that HKS's legal folks are on a witch hunt for anyone who makes any false claims, that's all. It seems I remember reading somewhere that certain things posted on message boards, depending on how they are written, are prosecutable, but I don't know all the facts.

IT'S as plain as the fierce infection raging through Anna Nicole Smith's voluptuous backside on the day she died. Her death was no pure "accident."

While Dr. Perper was quick to say none of these drugs were "illegal," he neglected to nod at the elephant haunting Anna's bedroom. Namely, how did Anna Nicole get her doctor - or multiple doctors - to feed her so many drugs at the same time?

The answer could be contained in the wacky court fight, held right here in Florida. Ex-beau Larry Birkhead testified that many doctors supplied the Playmate with a boatload of drugs, then dispensed to her by her devious companion, Howard K. Stern. In court, Stern tried to refuse to say what kinds of drugs she was taking. Why, Howard?

I know this case stinks. And nobody wants to know why.

I still cant believe that they didnt take Dannielynn away from Howard once there was a question about who the father was. I mean he could of MADE Anna put his name on the birth certificate for all we know. Atleast appoint her a care giver until the DNA comes in...IF it does.
I read the baby was born a month early? Did she have to stay in the hospital longer than usual?
