Notice at the end of the 2nd document where Hatten says Anna never liked hard-core porn and did soft porn only - and that "that was bad enough" - what does that mean? That Anna didn't like doing the soft porn (Anna Nicole Smith Exposed comes to mind - 1998) but that someone was wanting her to do it? I know that she did the playboy stuff before she met Howard - but still shots like those are probably not as awkward as simulated? sex on film with someone you may not even know.

I would like to know if Nancy Grace had anything to say about HKS's threats to the media? Has anyone heard?
Just a side note on Hatten's letters - when someone has handwriting that changes and slants in all kinds of directions - doesn't it usually mean that they're kookoo for cocoa puffs? His writing is crazy.
Larry and Hollywood, Mark, Hatten both say she didn't sleep nude. She would have defecated at death, however.

While trying to find my place on this thread I ran across something you posted some days ago. This really caught my attention it is about the will of ANS.

It's amazing to me that Daniel is not even mentioned by name until the last paragraph, which names HKS as his GUARDIAN!! Almost the entire will is devoted to PROTECTING the EXECUTOR from any form of prosecution, or impropriety, and to ABSOLVE him from any QUESTION of IMPROPRIETY! It is insane! Not to mention that HKS is named as the first Executor of the Will AND the ONLY GUARDIAN of Daniel (which means he would be the "Trustee" of the Trust for Daniel). Since the Will states that the Executor has ABSOLUTE control of EVERY aspect of the Estate and can buy, sell, transfer, etc. any funds the Executor deems necessary, HKS would have basically been able to control (and SPEND) every dime of the Estate before Daniel turned 25!! I guess HKS found out that Daniel was ON TO HIM!! The whole WILL makes me SICK SICK SICK...I cannot believe any woman in a sound mind would have agreed to that crap! The whole will is about compensating the "Executor" aka HKS and covering the Executor's ass! Also, how funny that HKS was more than willing to 'give up being the Executor of ANS's Estate..withOUT ANY compensation"!! Yeah right!!! That leaves Ron Rales with complete access to any and all funds in the Estate and the ability to transfer (at his discretion) any amount of funds to the "Trustee" AKA Howard K. Stern!! It's insane to say the least!!
If HKS ever went to trial and was under cross exam:

HKS: I'm Jewish
Prosecutor: Do you attend temple regularly? Have you established yourself as a member of some temple in the Bahamas?

Sanchez: Your honor this is highly prejudicial questioning. And what about Larry Birkhead? Why doesn't anybody ask him about his religion? And another thing, Virgie Arthur is a terrible person. And BTW, have you seen the emails that Anna and my client sent to one another (even tho they never left each others side)? They said "I love you" "no, i love you MORE". I believe that proves what a loving, caring, kind and highly moral person my client is.

Agree. She has spoken publicly about her brother, but it doesn't consume her interview time.
I respect her for having knowledge of the issue between Virgie and ANS, but refusing to speak about it (at least publicly).
I assume that we should be hearing some time today as to what the Magistrate has decided re: HKS's requests and whether or not things will proceed tomorrow, or have I already missed it?
There were a few videos where Anna was looped on National TV. That clown video was nothing compared to a couple of others. But the fact is, there was a kid there...and the first rule is "Do No Harm". Yeh, he'll make one great father just like he made one great "drug pusher".
What was on her night-clothes that may have been incriminating? Did she get the Choral Hydrate by the teaspoon full or in pill form?
Some meds could have spilled on her night clothes and they just "got rid" of the clothes..

I remember Moe telling Greta that as well. Seems like something Greta would have wanted to clear up with Perper -- whether the hotel doc provided flu meds to ANS as Moe (and others) claimed. If it was a lie, what was the reason for the lie? It is easy enough to prove or refute.
So many unanswered questions, but case closed. Grrrrrr....
LOL.. I am so glad to hear that I thought that it was just me. I am getting hopelessly confused. My main question now is has the inquest of Daniel's death been cancelled ?
She printed a good synopsis of the reasons why it seems HKS is the killer that someone posted to TMZ yesterday... sounds like it might have come from a reader of this thread.

I bet Barth... who told Catherine Crier yesterday that HKS could not question the "therapeutic" dosage being given ANS by professionals (who? KE ROFLOL)....
Well, as someone else said: HKS has no history before ANS and no job since ANS... he was and is a no one.
