By a poster on another site, "Larry Birkhead did publicly state that he saw Daniel take Methadone from Anna while living in California."
I've never heard this?
Ya know...I like that idea...It goes with something I said REAL early about sealed records, why Howard didn't want his DNA out and/or why there were no girls in his past. If he was a WEIRD guy to date, I wouldn't step forward either.
The particular case I looked at said temp was 104-106.

Banfield had Sanchez on the phone. She was nailing her with tough stuff and Sanchez just kept trying to spin her usual spin but Banfield would have none of it and kept cutting her off. Banfield saying that a big reason why everyones sees Howard in such a neg. light is the paternity issue - that Anna was in such a state that her words shouldn't be trusted as to who she said the father was - Sanchez trying to say Anna did not always do drugs - Banfiled saying explain the clown video - Says she saw Anna Nicole TV show and Anna was always on something - that she was a drug addict.
There was way more to the interview but at the end Banfield read that statement Howard's team gave about taking legal action toward the press - that's when she said - "Are you threatening us?" Sanchez stuttered a moment then said "make of it what you will" - and something about "fair warning."
Mostly it was just good hearing the lawyer have to defend herself - the only really new thing that came out in all of it was the taking Daniel's clothes home thing.
Yes - referring to Daniel.

Here's a tidbit from TMZ. My question is this....Anna and Howie kept saying how broke she was. Where did they expect to get the money to finance this. I see this as proof that Anna has money and it's hidden and the public line is that they were broke. Being broke ..that's the ILLUSION as a fellow poster would say. 6 months is right about when Daniel died..still I can't imagine that the 650,000 could be used to partially finance a movie.

Anna Nicole SmithAnna Nicole Smith wanted to play her idol Marilyn Monroe so badly, that six months before her death, she tried to finance a film about Marilyn's baseball hubby Joe DiMaggio – but was turned down for the part.
The film, based on sportswriter Marv Schneider's book "DiMaggio: Setting the Record Straight," was in production, and Smith "offered to at least partially finance it, about six months before she died," Schneider tells Ben Widdicombe of the New York Daily News. But Smith was "rejected out of hand" because she wasn't "considered ready" for the part. What's more, says Schneider, if Anna got the role, "we thought we'd have a tough time getting a top actor to play DiMaggio."
Ironically, the hospital where Smith died – Florida's Memorial Regional Hospital – has a wing named for Joe DiMaggio.
Did KE panic and flee because her concocted "hotel detox, avoid the media at all costs program" wasn't working as expected and she felt she was losing ANS? Then, KE dug the hole deeper when she told the whole world how she left her as ANS was begging for her to stay. No commitment ceremony there!
To pharmaceutically manage ANS, in the manner they were, would be akin to de-fusing a bomb.... very risky.
Oh yeah forgot about that - I thought Larry said that Daniel tried to get rid of his Mom's drugs before - maybe that's where all this is going - Daniel took his mom's drugs - not took as ingested - but took as in got rid of or hid.
That would explain the odd "moving a bottle of methadone" thing and it would go along with my feeling that Larry would not go against Daniel like that. I bet if he says Daniel experimented with drugs it'll be that he smoked pot a few times - not "heavier" drugs.
Best quess is that they were trying to get it out of her system before Howard administered the drug that did kill her.

The PI business has changed over the years. The ideal would be if there was a tape of his conversations with the PI. A video would be even better.
Last night and today I hear Wecht on and he ignores methadone in her bile. Today is he beggins Ashley Banfield to have him back on the show so he can dispute how dangerous all the drugs ANS was taking are and again ignores the fact she had methadone in her bile; one interview I saw he actually said she had not taken methadone -- what a whore that guy is.

I've noticed that since Anna's death, NOT ONE commentator or "expert" guest knows that KE was in the hotel room that week. And I've watched just about every program where they've discussed the case! Every single person, even Greta, talks about a nurse and EMT being with Anna through those last several days, and they say, "why didn't they help her..."
GEEZ...there was a physician there at one time, and they don't know that yet? Why do we?

I receive weekly hormone injections in my rear. I can attest that over time you get scaring from the needles. I have never had any kind of abcess or infection, however. I find it strange that she had at least one, but sounded like multiple abcesses.
B12 can be injected into the deltoid with a small gauge needle...doesn't have to go into the buttock.

If I were Ford Shelley, I would be hiring a super criminal attorney to combat the insinuations made by Sanchez. They seem to be blaming everything on him. Even if he did edit the 'clown video', it doesn't excuse HKS from taping it, nor his comment that 'it would bring a lot of money'! Sanchez couldn't adequately explain some of Banfield's questions and did a lot of stammering. If she makes a veiled threat against the media or anyone commenting on the ANS saga, isn't she trampling on our First Amendment Rights to free speech. I'm sure she knows the law much better than I do, but I thought anyone was entitled to an opinion. I try to preface some of my comments with IMO in order to protect myself from a charge of slander or libel. If I were a member of the media, this attitude and action would make me furious.
I've read the posts referring to Ms. Sanchez being brilliant, so I have done a Google search and can find no record of cases she has won or lost...just her bio and list of awards - which were two.
Jackie Hatten said in an interview that ANS usually slept in panties & bra or a big T-shirt. (probably Greta or NG)
