If I were Ford Shelley, I would be hiring a super criminal attorney to combat the insinuations made by Sanchez. They seem to be blaming everything on him. Even if he did edit the 'clown video', it doesn't excuse HKS from taping it, nor his comment that 'it would bring a lot of money'! Sanchez couldn't adequately explain some of Banfield's questions and did a lot of stammering. If she makes a veiled threat against the media or anyone commenting on the ANS saga, isn't she trampling on our First Amendment Rights to free speech. I'm sure she knows the law much better than I do, but I thought anyone was entitled to an opinion. I try to preface some of my comments with IMO in order to protect myself from a charge of slander or libel. If I were a member of the media, this attitude and action would make me furious.
I've read the posts referring to Ms. Sanchez being brilliant, so I have done a Google search and can find no record of cases she has won or lost...just her bio and list of awards - which were two.
Yes - I do think Sanchez was insinuating that the only reason people think neg. of Howard is because of what Ford Shelley has said to the media - that none of it is true and that it's only Ford Shelley' word and that of people surrounding him.
Just to play the other side of the fence - I heard that Howard was accusing Ford Shelley (before Anna died) of trying to frame him in the death of Daniel - has that ever been verified and what exactly was said?
The few videos I have seen of ANS with HKS and KE have left a scary impression, of something not being right, almost as if ANS is kept under guard.
