Yes Stern did trash Virgie for hie eulogy - I didn't mention that.....GRRRRRR - you're right with me on this. I say Stern won the Seidlin hearing also.

Yes, 1995 case would make sense for Sanchez and Holder to both be listed. I think Holder didn't get promoted in the Clinton Justice dept until later - maybe in 2nd term.
I disagree with you guys saying he won. I know everyone is feeling down because of the events that have been going on the last couple of days. Stern did not prove that he was Anna's next of kin during that trial and that's what he really wanted because of the money and for other reasons. Rermember when that trial first started how many reports referred to him as her Husband. Most of them did but in the end no one was buying that marriage. Yeah..she got dunked in the Bahamas and the funeral was tacky and gay but I'm not going to give him a court victory when his team did not win. C'mon people...let's get out of this funk. Gotta believe that all of this will eventually blow up in his face. Who wants to hang around in a dour thread?

Not really a good idea because Howard gets to see how people are thinking and what to counter with. Howard IS looking for feedback at this point. Howard thought he would have a sympathetic audience....being a new father and having just lost his wife.

We kept wondering about the ice bath...whether maybe there were two...one in the Bahamas and one in Florida. Maybe we were on the right track. Maybe Anna got so sick in the Bahamas that KE could only lower the dose and she got a low dose after the Florida ice bath.

See that's the spirit. I was feeling very dejected earlier but you know more and more people are seeing what he's about. How he's bullying people and trying to get the press to hush up. They will be careful but behind the scenes I wouldn't be surprised if someone does some more digging and comes up with some juicy stuff. I still want to know why it seems he just popped up from out of nowhere when he met ANS. Everyone has a history why aren't we hearing his?

Here's a question - I thought of in cube world today - maybe somebody has already asked this -
Someone = I think Lizarde - said she thought Anna was actually detoxing from methadone while at the Casino hotel.....and a talking head on, I believe, NG show tonight said the exact same thing!
So here's my question: Could it be possible that the DETOXING from the Methadone was really the cause of all the vomiting, the fever, the blood???? (nobody has explained that yet)????
I have read here that the Methadone detox process can be really hideous and horrible. Could that be what was going on in that room? And the use of all the DEPRESSANTS that Anna had in her system - valium, Lorazepam, Chrloral Hydrate, etc - was KE and Sterntoad's attempt to get her THROUGH the Methadone detox.....til they would know she would not show the heavy methadone dosage that Daniel had - so they used the date rape drug finally to cinch the deed.
I don't know - I was just surmising. They have lied about everything - why should we believe the 105 fever was due to the infection from the bad injection.....they said none of her organs showed signs of infection......
I think Anna was in prison in that death room. I think she was going through HELL - unlike the "peaceful" scene Perper and Team Stern put forth - died in her sleep - how nice - NOT!
If this has already been proposed to explain all the horror items in that hotel suite - sorry for duplicating it.
Perper says (if I understood correctly) that he didn't think it was blood.
Thanks for that info. He said that, did he? My my. You don't mean Perper didn't retrieve the soiled item and TEST IT to find out? And neither did Chief Tiger request that??? sarcasm/ (not towards you - towards Perper bobohead).
Wow - see my post 2 posts beyond yours! I was just asking could the methadone detox be the cause of ALL of those horrible symptoms Anna had? That were evidenced in the CRIME scene which Perper and Tiger just IGNORED????
He was on Nancy Grace and she asked him about it.
Did y'all email Greta to ask Dr. Perper about this?
You make a very good point and I thought that on one of the shows Perper or some other physician said that when her fever broke that meant that the sepsis was abating. If someone heard this please chime in. I'm not sure I'm explaining it correctly but it fits into your theory. She was going to have to give DNA soon and maybe that's why they were trying to detox her. All of the other drugs found in her body could be explained away but not that methadone.
