How about this...he did that on purpose...not to be caught in a lie, but to claim he was mistaken in believing she was off Methadone, so as to make it appear he wasn't ON TOP of all that went on with her and her drugs. Glad I didn't watch Perper; I would've gotten TOO ANGRY. As it is I'm barely containing myself.
Did he just say you cannot slip choloral hydrate into a drink without the person knowing it?
Perhaps he better contact the MAFIA to get the answer to that.

Now on to homicide...don't speculate, made on basis of facts.
Did not find any facts which would raise credible suspicion of homicide. NOthing suggested force feeding. No other injuries...when she would have fought off someone trying to shove stuff down her throat.
She was so drugged up, she didn't know what was going on...did he not see any videos???
