Larry stated on yesterday, if asked, he hoped that what he had to say along with others testimony could shed some light on the situation.

It's something to think about sure. But why would Larry trust HKS to keep his word on anything anyway?

Not an expert, but watching crime reports - it's not unusual to issue an arrest warrant before the suspect is taken into custody.

I don’t think they know exactly what to expect in the report. The time of their presser would give their team adequate time to assess the report and respond to information derogatory to their client.

After his long battle for Dannielynn, I don't think LB would risk his status as an acceptable parent by lying under oath, especially in the Bahamas.
Oh no Uncitizen..I didn't think you were attacking. I'm sorry. I was making a joke sort of for the whole board. One think I hate about online communication you really can't see the the body language that would accompany text and I tend to type as if I were having a real life conversation.
