Thread Number Two
Yeah. "protecting me" is an interesting choice of words.
Good Morning All
Hold the phone. Larry is the one that asked to testify. Ohhh no..keep it real Larry. I hope and pray that this wasn't part of a "deal" to get the DNA and for Stern not to appeal it.
What could Larry possibly know that would exonerate HKS? And i don't think Larry needs a deal to get his baby back. And even if he made a deal with HKS to get the DNA he doesn't need to keep up his end of the bargain anymore. Appeal or no appeal the DNA is what it is.
All Larry could add would have to be damaging otherwise why waste his time?
Excellent summary!
Good morning daybreakcoming!
Monday morning the Broward County Medical Examiner and the Seminole Police Department will release her autopsy results. Smith's autopsy was expected to be released weeks ago, but has been repeatedly delayed, in part because medical examiner, Dr. Joshua Perper, said he received additional evidence from the Seminole Police Department which could impact his findings.

Here's something from an article about the commitment ceremony -
Just a few hours later, a rep for Smith at TrimSpa (whose diet products are endorsed by Anna Nicole) issued a confirmation of the event yet insisted Smith and Stern had held a "committment ceremony" instead of a wedding, in which the happy couple vowed to "be each other's strength during this difficult time." Smith's Bahamian attorney, Michael Scott, also announced: "I don't think they had time to wait for a marriage license."
- notice the last line - time to wait - why not?
What he adds will probably speak towards the time he was with them in California. He could testify that Daniel had problems with drugs...that he saw Daniel take Methadone...a variety of things. I'm just speculation..and before people attack notice my tagline.
Do you think their presence means anything or nothing?
Thank you!
Was their a Howard interview with ET...
Howard made several video interviews with ET; he also interviewed with Larry King.
Stern makes many freudian slips IMO unfortunately for him, they are on video or transcribed records
Ok, what you say makes sense. Altho i don't think that he believes Daniel had probs with drugs. And i hope you don't think i was attacking you because that wasn't my intention at all.
At this point, since we have not heard of anyone being taken into custody, I would not give much significance to it. But I hope that they prove me wrong!
Well, if I had to explain that turn of phrase, I'd say that she "protected" her drug dealer.
Count down!
Howie down!
Fingers crossed!
Less than an hour!
I pulled back over the weekend but now I'm getting mighty impatient!
"""""At this point, since we have not heard of anyone being taken into custody""""
Perhaps there is paperwork - extradition stuff - plus HK$ has to testify at Daniel's inquest. He cannot refuse to testify - bears repeating - there is no 5th amendment there.
They could say "An arrest warrant for HK$ has been issued through the US consulate for Bahamian authorities to apprehend suspect"
Just thinkin about that Mark Hatten thing - and Daniel. If that happened in 2000 Daniel would have been around 13 years old - still a child really - poor kid - I bet he was scared, Daniel probably saw so much crazy stuff in his life - he knew a lot.
If TSO comes up with one of her "breakfast bonanzas" I am going to barf!
She better not!
Brunch would be OK;)
And that's just the tip of the iceberg. A mother (a sober mother) doesn't protect her sons killer unless she doesn't want to DIE.
