We lived in Boulder City for 6 years. 88-96. Vegas has changed drastically since we were out there. I hardly recognize it, now!
and.... I think this is very important. He had her heavily sedated at the hospital -- to the point she had amnesia -- amd pretty much kept her that way from the day Daniel died until the day she died. I don't think by accident and I think Ershovich helped.

I can't stand Ashley Banfield. How the heck did she ever get a gig on CourtTV? She's not even a lawyer. She is such a know-it-all, and shoots off at the mouth only to have to put her foot in it later. Why is it that so many of these CourtTV commentators are so wrong so often? Too many of them were initially pulling for HKS. It finally seems to be changing some.

Mr Gibson in a televised interview last month revealed that the photos he took with Ms Smith were "innocent" and were actually taken by Ms Smith's companion, Howard K Stern. Catherine Crier when she was on a different cable station with her show, used to hide how liberal she is. Now that she is on CourtTV, it's no holds barred. Her liberal propensities are there for all to see. I have a hard time watching her because she is always editorializing from a leftist point of view.
IF the story is true about Anna telling Goat that Daniel wasn't breathing and her statement that Goat was responsible, it was probably the last lucid thought she had between Daniel dying and her own death. Khrisvorkian and Goat made sure of it!
Sure wish we knew about the baby, but I am off to bed.. nite.
BTW -- Off Topic, but anyone but me was Divine Design on HGTV? Is Candice Olsen pregnant again?
The 'body battle' could prove beneficial in providing comparisons in what HKS states under oath.
I hope this is true, but with so many Gibson's running things legally in Gibsonland (aka Bahamas) I will be shocked if he is found culpable. He should be, but will he?
Frankly, I will be shocked if justice is served in either death. Just hoping.
I read this and thought, 'How many of them are related to the Gibsons?'.

AC, she did say that, said LB purgered himself...do you have any idea what she was referring to?
Ok - wow - thanks for all the efforts to confirm the story about the baby being sick and going to the hospital. Nothing like going to the horse's mouth to confirm a story! Well done. Wish DO could have told more. But at least they know about thhe story.

For its "White Trash Nation" issue, it had published a cover photo of Smith squatting in a short skirt and cowboy boots while eating chips—a photo that was not taken during the formal photo session. Stern filed a $5 million lawsuit stating that the photo had been unauthorized and that the article had damaged her reputation.
