I didn't know about this story--that is so sad. She is one brave lady.

Yep, according to the report, Howard went out around 1 am for food and drink and then after 2 am allegedly to go to an open restaurant and the second time he didn't return until about 4 am.

The report said he returned to the room empty handed, though. So, it seems, either he found a way to sneak more food and drink into the hospital or it wasn't food and drink he went to get.

I am not quite sure what will be on it.
I tried like hell to remember what show he was on when he mentioned the CDs that will be handed out.
I went through all the Nancy Grace transcripts but I did not find it there. So it may have been on Crier's show or Greta's.
I am also trying to think about when he exactly said it. I think it was after he announced that LE had asked him to hold off.

As far as what will be on the CD's - It may be a copy of his reports and possibly copies of the Tox reports.

I just recall him explaining that everyone would fully understand how and why he came to his final conclusions on her death and that CD's will be handed out for everyone.

I, too, remember he said that. I hardly, if ever, watch Crier; so, I would place my bet that he said it on Greta.

On some blogs a huge concern has been the possibility that Howard spit in the baby's mouth before the buccal swab for DNA. He carried her in and was present during the swab.

I was in bed all day, so I'm catching up. I wouldn't put it past HKS to do something like that. Piece of human garbage, he is. I'm scrolling through the posts as fast as I can to learn anything about Dannielynn's wellbeing. Lord, what a mess :(

Would it be open in the middle of the night? 'Cause that's when Stern was out and about away from the Hospital. Or are you just thinking maybe Stern met one of the Gipson's there?

I think most here assumed they were taken by HKS for 'Shane Control', but I don't remember anyone saying for sure who took the pictures.

This guy Slatter might be 'planting' info favorable to Gibson, too.

I am still catching up and I have to replay The Lineup - I saw Opri on but was half listening to her and reading the thread at the same time - I am one dead tired gal - less than 3 hours sleep in the 24+ hours and just got back at about 8:oopm from doing 100 mile + round trip drive. (I am still able to go on very little sleep at my age)

FWI - We don't know for sure if the baby was taken to the hospital or not - but it is sounding like she may have been but it probably is not life threatening - I called Opri myself today (I couldn't stand it anymore)- she would not tell me anything about the baby because she could not disclose anything (I did not want to put her on the spot or have her get defensive with me) - I just wanted to make sure that "she" knew about it and she confirmed that they "All" knew about it - she was to the point but pleasant with me - I think she understood that I just concerned that they she have not known about the UK article. Opri is still Larry's Lawyer until Larry submits something to the California courts that she is not. (now that I think about it I hope she does not think I was the blond stalker broad following Larry around - like I said she was to the point but pleasant - I had only planned to leave a voice mail message for her and I really didn't expect her to answer the phone - there is no doubt that it was her - she has a unique voice and she confirmed that she was Debra Opri)

Mom4kittys - I truly believe the baby was taken to the hospital and that the media just cannot confirm it - Stern probably took her in the middle of the night. The child has a right to privacy and this may be why they are staying off the story - plus it is the weekend. It may be that Stern called the doctor directly and decided to meet with the doctor at his office in the middle of the night instead of at the Emergency room due to the media - once at the doctors office, Stern and Dr. may have taken her into the emergency room through a another entrance. (just speculation)

Last I heard it was still Wendy's. The Wendys fountain drink cup/s in pics that was in the hospital room. Also there is a Wendy's with the address on Bay St that is not that far from the hospital.

Thank you... I know I had heard it and I expected others had heard it and your probably right it was probably on Greta's show and that I why I just assumed others knew about it as I know we have a lot of Greta show watchers on the thread.

I remember it kinda humored me - like Perper was so proud of his work that having zerox copies was not good enough for his work. Everybody gets to go home with CD's (hurray!) - I wonder if the CD label has his face on it - the hole in the CD could be for his mouth - aaaaahhhh just some humor.
