If this judge is only handing the matter of who gets the body, I think he's over-reaching by appointing a guardian for the baby.
I think that another court would have to make that decision.
( the court already handling paternity perhaps)

I think he may have done it just in case -- like, just in case Stern isn't a residenct of the Bahamas, which looks more and more like it's the fact!

At least the baby has an attorney on U.S. soil!

The judge said first thing that he is THINKING about ordering a Guardian for the baby, he has not decided yet.

But he did warn the "would-be" Guardian to be ready to fly, pack a bag, ect.

I'm not sure that he has ruled yet.
