I think he may have done it just in case -- like, just in case Stern isn't a residenct of the Bahamas, which looks more and more like it's the fact!

At least the baby has an attorney on U.S. soil!

Boy, I sure miss the days when CTV would cover a trial without talking heads and commercial breaks. This is maddening.

Stern is not a resident of the Bahama's and his 6 month guest permit is running out. Plus he is about to be evicted from the house that does not belong to Anna Nicole.
A Bahama Court Injunction is in effect for the baby not to leave the Bahama's.
So far no "will" has been produced.

Things are looking real bad for Stern.
