The judge said first thing that he is THINKING about ordering a Guardian for the baby, he has not decided yet.

But he did warn the "would-be" Guardian to be ready to fly, pack a bag, ect.

I'm not sure that he has ruled yet.

I didn't hear that part, but I heard Court TV report that a Guardian ad Litem had been appointed.

The next of kin is the mother, unless stern legally married anna.
