Howard the K should be informed that if he doesn't submit right away to a blood test he'll be charged with kidnapping.

If he's not the father, he has no more right to whisk that child away to unknown places than her makeup man or her butcher.

He's a desperate man now that his treasure trove is dead and with no clients in his dormant law practice.

Who knows what he is capable of doing at this chaotic time. He can use this chaos to his advantage. He may be planning to go with the baby to a country with no extradition treaties.

Right now, I think LE in both Nassau and Florida are befuddled or arguing as to who has authority/jurisdiction over Stern when he's on the lam with the infant.

Yes, but HK$ holds the trump card of being listed as 'father' on the birth certificate...so I doubt any kidnapping charges could ever happen. Now conspiracy charges...fraud...criminal negligence...drug posession (bet that is why 'caravans' are coming and going from the Bahamas' mansion--its clean up time)...those charges I can see being filed.
