KOOROS JAMES KHAVARIAN [#171550], 35, of Valley Village was suspended for one year, stayed, placed on probation for two years with a 30-day actual suspension and was ordered to take the MPRE. The order took effect Aug. 1, 2001.

TMZ.com posted a document that it said was the prescription order issued by Kapoor for Chase to Key Pharmacy in Valley Village. The Web site also posted a document that it claimed was the air bill from Key Pharmacy to Vicky Marshall in the Bahamas.
