Pinder is saying that the Baby has a Guardian at litem in the Bahamas.

Stern HIMSELF DID NOT SIGN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE, so it is invalid per Pinder.

Atty Pinder showed up at the court house today. He stopped and talked to the reporters.

Social Services had already assigned a Guardian ad litem (sp) for the baby in the Bahamas

Pinder is filing for the eviction of Stern from the house but he is willing to set-up up a different residence for Stern & the baby.
Pinder wants a ruling on the eviction today.

Stern is still presumed the father but the signature on the birth cert is not valid because Stern himself did not sign the birth cert. (I wonder who did it - Anna?)

Also Pinder did say that Stern has another place on the island. (not sure if that is a purchased property or if it Pinder saying he will put Stern up in a place on the island after he gets kicked out of the Horizon house)

Stern has been scamming all along? James Neavitt is on CTV.....attorney for Stern. Says Toad is natural father and father on birth cert. Says LB should have filed in Bahamas a long time ago. Says LB was stalling while filing in Calif.

Can only do the DNA testing in Bahamas. Attorney is spinning like a top.

Who's Pinder?? I'm lost??

My CERTIFIED birth certificate has neither my mother's name or my dad's name on it. It just has my full name, date of birth and city of birth. That's NYS.

I think the whole boat thing was done for purposes of "living declaration" of someone who was soon to be deceased.

Never heard either of them mention a REAL pending wedding until after she died. (Please correct me if I'm wrong).
