My CERTIFIED birth certificate has neither my mother's name or my dad's name on it. It just has my full name, date of birth and city of birth. That's NYS.
Go back to the boat. That's what that was about. "See, we're living together, Anna loves boats, have made a commitment and we have this baby".
I think the whole boat thing was done for purposes of "living declaration" of someone who was soon to be deceased.
Never heard either of them mention a REAL pending wedding until after she died. (Please correct me if I'm wrong).
And we ALL know, she would have had a dress in the works. That's Anna!!
A live video: Old man Marshall declared that he was of sound mind and left Anna specific things (Houses, gifts, etc) via video but did not include his monetary assets.
Some background on Howard Marshall
James Howard Marshall II (January 24, 1905 August 4, 1995) was a wealthy magnate, American oil business executive, and university professor. There is some suggestion that he taught trusts and estates at Yale Law School.
Trusts and Estates...if it's true that he taught it then the man at least if age didn't get him knew what he was talking about and knew what he wanted to be done with his estate.
That sounds strange to me. I don't think you'll find signatures on most birth certs in the states, do you? Although its a surprise to me that in NYS they don't list parents.
I guess every state is different?
