Paternity case for Anna Nicole Smith's baby continues


FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. Attorneys representing one of the men who claims to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby plan to ask a Florida judge today to take action on her paternity case.

Photographer Larry Birkhead's attorneys plan to ask Florida Family Court Judge Lawrence Korda to either order that a D-N-A sample of Smith's baby girl be collected in the Bahamas or order the baby come to Florida for the D-N-A test.

Smith died in South Florida on February eighth. An attorney for the baby decided yesterday that Smith will be buried in the Bahamas.

Birkhead is one of three men claiming to be the father of the Houston-born Smith's baby. Frederic von Anhalt -- the husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor -- also says he is the father, but the baby's birth certificate lists Smith's long-time companion, Howard K- Stern, as the father.

I had to post this picture because I got such a kick out of it. You know the image of ANS, HKS and Dannielynn that we've seen for days on end? Guess who was in the original? LOL, this is labeled AP Photo/"Entertainment Tonight".
