Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Judge says no character assasination of Dannilynns family....that "hate mom" tape is just that.
I sure hope Texas and Opri are frantically lining up witnesses to testify during this lunch break. And getting their hands on that clown tape!
One good witness would be that gal that signed the will.
No doubt. People with little to no affect creep me out.

This may help explain wh so much effort is being expended to get ANS listed as a Permanent resident of the Bahamas...which seems to have occured at HKS urging.
Whenever the question of her husband's estate is settled, the infant will inherit big $$..whatever the final amount..somewhere between $50 mil and $500 mil. In any US jurisdiction, because ANS left so will providing clear instructions, whichever court in the US..indeed, ANY family court in the US, would designate the guardian for the child. The $$$ is placed in trust accounts, which can only be invested in US govt obligations, and a legal guardian is appointed by the court to administer the funds and pay a stipend to the custodial guardian for the child's welfare. The financial guardian is compensated, generously, for his time and is required to make reports to the court. Any person can be appointed to this position..in many cases it's a family member, but in THIS case it would be a disinterested party. The guideline here is reasonable expenses and desires. The entire proceeds are disbursed to the child at age 18, unless the court is convinced that the person is incapable of managing her affairs by herself.
IOW, the custodial guardian can't decide that because ANS would want her child to grow up in fresh air in the country, therefore, he wants to use the $$ to buy a multi-million dollar ranch in Idaho.
So, there is no way that Larry will be able to get his hands on the $$, though he will enjoy a much nicer lifestyle than he has now.
IMHO, HKS, if he can establish that she was a Bahamian resident, as well as the child, will be in a much easier position to manipulate the system. I don't know how the law works there, but the system can be greased much more easily.

There is an attorney for Virgie that the judge keeps calling "Texas" (jokingly) and I haven't seen him before. Missed the beginning so I missed his name. He is doing quite a bit of the objecting.
I thought Barth boo-hoo'ed and the judge said that Opri and Larry Birkheads side couldn't call witnesses?

Well - she was pretty much stoned out of her mind before and during the time she knew him.
What he has conveyed to anyone watching - is how totally emotionally and mentally unable she was to make legally binding decisions, after Daniel's death - expecially where she wanted Daniel's FINAL resting place. And how she could not have been mentally competent to get married.
According to Dannielyn's GODMOTHER, Anna kept Marshall's ashes on her nightstand.
This woman was never capable of making life & death decisions and HKS has confirmed it with his testimony.
Therefore, the blood next of kin should be awarded all rights to her body and custody of the child.
Wasn't HKS appointed as executor in her WILL he presented?
So if this is true, and her assets are over 400 million, wouldn't he stand to collect around 12 million (or so) in Executor's fees?

Not only the clown tape, but the court records from Texas that show just what kind of "person" HKS is. He stole those papers from the court room. I wish that Birkheads's attorney would call Kimmy Walther as a witness! ANS did NOT have sex with that man. He is a big fat liar. She found him disgusting, sexually. At least that is what she always said.

HKS has been greasing palms and/or holding officials for blackmail down there, as long as he's been there.
You did hear that the Immigrations official, Shane Gibson, who fast-tracked her residency had to resign when pictures of he and ANS in bed hit the newspapers?
That one slipped out of HKS's control, and got to the press. The action in the Bahama governmnet is going to get interesting.
