Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
LOL! How true. He's so upset at possibly losing the paternity suit that he didn't think of that!

Watching it briefly, and I found this thread..question: has anone read anything about the competency/record/background of this judge. He seems way over his head.hey..he's a Hunter College grad..seems to me that whatever he decides, the other sides will automatically appeal..

That baby is a citizen of the USA. Neither Howard nor Anna were citizens in the Bahamas. If Anna went for citizenship, why didn't Howard??....or did he??
I think the Judge is naive if he thinks Daniellyn is not going to know the bad things that were said about her mother by the parties involved..it is all over the media.
The best thing that could happen to her is to not have ANY of the old man's money , no inheritance, and go try to lead a normal life somewhere ..presuming she has a sane father that will take care of her.
If she gets 400 million dollars her life will be a media circus mess.
FYI..There's only ONE thing that could possibly make this better. I expect that this afternoon, someone will introduce a new, purported will of Anna Nicole Smith, in which she names Brittany Spears as guardian of her daughter..
I really like Larry. Howard is not butt ugly but there's something that is so smarmy about him. He doesn't seem sexual he just seems perverted.

It's possible that she would have been, had she been told when it was. She went on one of the talk shows over a month after his death, asking why he had not been buried.
The family held a memorial service for Daniel in Mexia, Texas, that ANS and HKS did not attend.

I don't think that's quite correct. You stipulate to various evidentiary facts, but the ultimate ruling can always be appealed..Oh BOY.yippee..that means we get the Florida Supremes again..

As explained by COURTTV host, he purposely picked HKS to do that because he knows what's up with him....in other words, the judge is aware of HKS's shenanigans regarding refusal to take DNA test. He wanted to show HKS that it's all about the baby!
The host found it amusing that the judge did this knowing that HKS is a lawyer, but that it reduced his status.
