Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Exactly!! Let's face it the woman had been in a 2 day coma in the Bahamas and no one called. Because of her drug problems and bad press I'm sure they were under a Do Not Call 911 order.
I'm sure that was part of the "confidentiality agreement" that they all had to sign.
Also, this was not just a little "over-loading," but a lethal overdose. Was the methadone amount lethal in and of itself or in combination with the other drugs?

I believe drug addicts build up a tolerance over time - so it might not have been lethal to ANS, but it certainly was for Daniel. Additionally, there were pills removed from his jeans at the house where he was staying. Possibly (?)motion sickness pills for flying or some other medication he was taking for an undisclosed condition.
Wecht made reference to another drug - but added it was not for STD - wanted to save the family embarrassment.
Wecht has been more forthcoming with information since he has not been paid the $80,000 fee. He could sell his data to the highest bidder - he made the deal with Daniel's mother ANS and she's dead.

He had only flown into the Bahamas the day before anxious to see his new baby sister, where and how would he have procured Methadone previous to that day? Any records of any doctor in California giving it to him?
Why was his inquest put off from October to March?
Yes, I read that on one of the links a couple of days ago. Said the reason why he offered the empty bed to Stern was he wasn't tired, then he ate and made the sleepy comment and sat down and basically died.
So strange that they would call Howard BEFORE 9-11 AND I'm sure there was more than one phone readily available. Apparently, the guard needed permission to call 9-11.
That's interesting because the spokesperson person for Hollywood Fire-rescue in the contemporaneaous interview above, says that they received the call shortly after 2:00 PM.
They said it took the paramedics 6 minutes to get there. They said it took Howard 1/2 hour to get there from the dock. Hmmmm That would make it about 20 minutes before they even called 9-11.

What is the drink cups were exchanged by accident and Daniel mistakenly took ANS drink and drugs?
On Oct 11 Bahamanian officials traveled to CA to question a US doctor in Daniel Wayne Smith's death.
Not named in the article -but Kapoor's name was on RXs mailed to the Bahamas.
Wanna bet it's Kapoor?
What would be a lethal overdose to you or I or.... Daniel, might be a regular dose to someone like ANS who was a large woman and had been abusing drugs for so many years that she likely had an incredible intolerance to the concoctions.
That is what I've been thinking did happen. But I do think that that because Anna was in the Bahamas hospital for the birth, and then back again 31 Oct for pneumonia that perhaps the Bahamas hospital may have been lenient about her addiction.
They were more cautious in FL. In People mag, Bonnie Stern gives an interview about how very sick ANS was that last week, but "Anna wouldn't let them take her to the hospital, because it would be all over the media."

Especially since I clearly heard Dr. Michael Barden the other celebrity pathologist make the statement that liquid methodone is taken orally in orange juice.
Remember that ANS did not have pills in her stomach - and I don't know about Daniel.
With respect to the lack of pills in ANS' stomach - drugs can be more effectively administered in pessaries or suppositories - they enter the blood stream and vomiting from the stomach is avoided.
This one sentence doesn't jive with other stories we've watched and read about the sequence of events.
The idea that they would throw her in a cold bath rather than call a REAL doctor tells me that they didn't want ANYONE except a select few near her.
Who helped her in and out of the tub? Why was she found naked? Someone said she was found on the floor. Someone said she was found in bed?
Which is interesting because Shepard Smith at the top of his show (that day) made the announcement she had been taken to the hospital and it didn't look good. His show is on at two o'clock Eastern time.
