Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
But we don't know if she died in FL or in Indian Country.

I thought it was agreed that the baby automatically becomes a citizen of the Bahamas if born there. A strategic move indeed

Maybe an option that the child can exercise at age 18, but a baby born to 2 US citizen parents, on vacation, would still be a US citizen.
If Larry Birkhead is proven to be the bio father - this is almost that scenario. ANS was effectively on vacation when the child was born - she was not a Bahamian citizen.
They have told so many different sotries about it, too. One was that she "was found" "on the bottom of the pool" and HKS called to the bodyguard to dive in and save her, which he did.
Then, another version was that she "was seen" "floating face down" on the pool surface and HKS called to the bodyguard to come drag her out and do CPR.
I don't recall right now what the nanny's "affidavit" said about how ANS was "found" - just that she said it happened.
Do you think Howard would encourage it based on what we know now??? or discourage it.
We need the paternity test AND WHERE ARE HER INSURANCE POLICIES.???

hmmmm......according to Beth K., if Daniel was alive, Dannilynn couldn't claim a part of the estate. But, since Daniel is dead, Dannilynn does have standing. Now, what was HKS and Daniels relationship? Did Daniel despise HKS? Would he have fought HKS over the trust?
I'm cooking up a BIG conspiracy. Adding ingredients. Stirring....
"On two (2) occasions during my employment at Horizons, Ms. Marshall attempted to commit suicide. On the first occasion she drank in my presence and entire bottle of what I believed to be a liquid sleeping aid. In any event the consequence was that Ms. Marshall was in an unrousable coma for 48 hours. When she in fact recovered, she was very sick with diarrhea and I asked her why she had drunk the liquid. She replied "I wanted to die.....I meant to kill myself". I felt this to be very irresponsible as a mother of a baby. Very shortly after this, Ms. Marshall was taken by Mr. Howard Stern and "Mo" (her security guard) and placed her in a patio chair by the pool it went very quite after awhile and I asked where she was and Ms. Marshall was found in the swimming pool. She had tried to drown herself. But she was, after a worrying length of time, pulled up from the bottom of the pool by a Mr. Howard Stern, who said to Ms. Marshal, in my presence, the rather odd remark that....."if anything happens to you, I would go to jail....."
Don't forget ... she bought herself a burial plot and there are the suicide rumors.
I agree. I think the paternity, citizenship, etc stuff is just fluff. The real money for HKS is in insurance policies or some other vehicle we don't yet know about.
