Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

In one of the "exclusive" ET Howardfests the other night, HKS started the ball rolling towards a "secret love relationship" that they had going on for years.
He didn't go into specifics, lol, but said that they had kept it a secret from everyone for a long time.

I am sure HKS will be challenged on a few fronts. If I understand correctly, a certain portion of Dannielynn's proceeds, if any, from real estate sales, etc., will be held in trust with an executor to be approved by the probate judge.
Question:
The will states HKS as the executor of ANS's will and trustee for Daniel?
That would not automatically make him Dannielynn's trustee without determining paternity. Right?
Think about this. She supposedly tried to commit suicide at least once after Daniel died. How drugged out of her mind was she that she didn't think about making sure her daughter was taken care of in a will before she offed herself. For that matter, was she of sound mind when she signed the first will.
This makes total sense.

Wow, that's a good point; maybe because Daniel is dead, that will isn't valid?
We've been in the deep freeze for three weeks now with wind chills often below zero. My resistance to this weather is at a new low.
You know what's interesting about that. Ron Rales is the second executor, so if HKS couldn't draft a new will (because he was involved), he should have. After all, he kept telling us he was ANS's attorney!
I am very bothered by the relationship between HKS and Ron Rales. It seems to me ANS was not getting independent representation.
It's really so sad; having lost a child, I can tell you it's bad, but she looked completely out of it to me in those ET videos.
And if he was supplying her drugs, too, even if it was to make his life easier, what did she care about the baby? In one of those ET videos, she didn't even know WHERE the baby was.
I'm thinking the same thing about the mother relationship. The mother said that she called Anna and when Howard found out, he changed the number. Wonder what the number of the cell phone that was stolen out of the closet is???
The will may be valid but not clear, therefore California law would prevail.
Per the CTV guy, Daniel does not exist in terms of the will since his death preceded ANS.
