Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
When she bought that home it was before the prices of homes in California literally climbed through the roof... homes in Studio City probably average in the $700K + range, but when she purchased it (during the Anna nicole show) probably were in the $350K + range. For her property taxes to be $16K for three quarters is indicative that she is in the higher range homes for the area.
There were reports that Daniel has just bought a very expensive house.
She could have set up an inter vivos trust. Normally, we might never really find out. But in this bizarre case..I think even that is going to have to be disclosed.
MSNBC just mentioned the magic words: UNDUE INFLUENCE.
According to them, all the money goes to him to hold in trust for Daniel.
"I can't wait to see what the talking law experts have to say tonight."
I hope they don't have Ted Williams on. He never studies a case before he starts talking and doesn't have a clue what he's talking about.
Kimberly Guilfoyle seems to know what's going on in the ANS case so far. And I never thought I'd say this, but Nancy Grace does, too. Of course, that's another channel.
Lawyer on MSNBC saying STern had a fudiciary duty to update her will.
And he says by leaving it as it was, he benefited.
He said he could be disbarred.
Who said that???
Schadenfreude.
Now, we understand why they were trying to "protect the privacy of the will".
Can't wait for Tuesday's drama.
Now I think I'm understanding why he never had her change the will.

But what if ANS didn't want to update the will dies before she can....can an attorney be held responsible for that???
I am sooo confused.
His natural father - Billie Wayne Smith - who married ANS at age 16 and divorced her 2 years later.
He is the only surviving heir to Daniel, as far as I am aware - and thereafter it would be Virgie and Anna's 1/2 sibling. (English common law =per stirpes)
But I am not a lawyer - ha ha.

If HKS had any inkling he could have been of use to HKS, he'd have pictures of him in bed with him. ;)
