Lawyer on MSNBC saying STern had a fudiciary duty to update her will.

And he says by leaving it as it was, he benefited.


He said he could be disbarred.

But what if ANS didn't want to update the will dies before she can....can an attorney be held responsible for that???

I don't believe that he has a duty to update her will. That's a crock. She doesn't even have to have a will for cripes sakes.
