Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Does anyone know the name of the cemetery that Daniel is at?
was she sitting on the right side of the judge (his right side) ?
Somewhere on this thread, there is a link to the pictures of the fake tombstone. I think I saw it yesterday.
The man convicted of making terrorist threats against Anna Nicole Smith has sent TMZ's Managing Editor Harvey Levin a letter from prison, claiming he could be Dannielynn's dad.
Mark "Hollywood" Hatten (brother of ANS, BF Jackie Hattten) claims he "willfully gave a sperm sample to then girlfriend Anna Nicole Smith, which she gave to a doctor for future use." He then writes, "I allege that I could be the father of Dannielynn by means of artificial insemanation (sic)."
Currently, it would be easier to count who couldn't be the sperm donor, than who could.
Exactly and the Bahama's they may not worry too much about who actually signs or pays for them.
I posted that yesterday but I never learned the name of the cemetery.
>>>For Gods sake, they need to do the DNA test, and bury this woman. Unfortunately, she is NOT legally married to Howard K. Stern. Her mother even though I don't agree with it, is the next of kin. She did not have her affairs in order, and that is a VERY unfortunate thing.>>>
Especially since she had an attorney attached at the hip for 10 years.
Shoot I was not watching FOX but I bet it is related to the story that someone in Australia put out. Let me see if I can find it.
bodyguard says a burial plot was for HKS.
That doesn't make any sense. I don't see how the will could make the paternity issues go away.
>>>(I do probate bonds on minor children)
That sounds interesting...>>>
HAHA! Mind-Gutter Dr. Scarpetta.
Seriously, I should have said I ISSUE probate bonds FOR guardians of minor children. In the 'industry', it doesn't sound quite so... dirty?
The appointment of the guardian ad litem is great news (trying to catch up here) but will Stern retain physical custody? I am confused (and still have several hundred posts to go thru)...
I guess I feel it's a conflict because they are so tight with each other, an uninterested party should have been the second executor (JMO) and no one is looking out for Dannielynn. If Rales was going to switch to someone other than ANS, it should have been the baby. I'm glad at least this judge in Florida thought of that.
I don't know if Daniel was cremated, but I heard a couple of days ago HKS planned to cremate ANS... of course, now we have her DNA, but still it precludes digging her back up later, if another drug was to be considered not found right now (like that politician in Nevada who was murdered by her nurse husband (allegedly) and he had killed her first husband with the same drug. They dug the husband up and found out, yep... he had the same drug in his tissues after all.
The ME was called and said he can have her embalmed there and keep her at the ME office so no one can sneak in and take pictures of her dead, embalmed, body (which was a fear if she went to a mortuary where there isn't as much security). Judge liked that answer so I believe they are going to embalm her, but they are going to have a hearing tomorrow and maybe Saturday.. Wanted HKS to testify at which point his irritating attorney popped up and said no way, he could nevvvvvvvvveerrrrrrrrr leave that baby alone in the Bahamas...
