Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Rita Cosby has and "exclusive" interview with Gerlene Gibson, the babysitter and mother of the immigrations officer Shane Gibson.

Gerlene says that she received a phone call from the bodyguard to take Dannielynn and leave. (presumeably right after ANS died). She says she did not take anything with her or remove anything from the residence. She says that HKS and ANS had a "very close relationship" and that ANS spent a lot of time in her bedroom with the door closed, watching movies.

If this judge is only handing the matter of who gets the body, I think he's over-reaching by appointing a guardian for the baby.
I think that another court would have to make that decision.
( the court already handling paternity perhaps)
