Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I'm saying, this poster claimed that Fox News announced on the air that Burkett is the father. That is what I was inquiring about. Did anyone hear anything on Fox News or elsewhere that could have been misconstrued as such an announcement.

In the meantime, this poster has recanted and said, never mind, they must have just "heard wrong".

I don't think you quite realize that this whole thing about Burkett being declared the father came from a FReeper who said he or she thought they heard such a report on Fox News this morning. But so far nobody else heard any such thing. Later the FReeper backed off and said they must have just "heard wrong".

Howard himself said that they took all the important legal documents including the baby's birth certificate. Now, everyone knows that there are ALWAYS copies of legal documents.

And who puts legal domuments on the shelf in a closet.....and not in a FIREPROOF security box AT THE LEAST???

Either Howard had them stolen himself which I think is the case so they can be destroyed (selectively) OR someone was smarter than Howard. Her drawings are not saleable by anyone except the true owner so why were they taken??? That's why I think Howard may have set up the break-in.

I was personally thinking last night when they had the Thompson trio on Greta last night that Thompson's daughter had already snagged something from the baby so that they could have a private DNA test ran on it. You have to remember that Anna also claimed that the baby was Ben Thompson's. But she did tell Thompson's daughter that baby's father was either her father's or Birkhead. The Thompson trio are on Birkhead's side about the paternity of the baby.

I don't know why this is so hard.

Is it possible Burkett thinks he has his own way of knowing he is the father? Anything is possible.

But the point is, someone on another thread claimed to have heard Fox News announce that Burkett is the father. This person has since recanted and said they must have "heard wrong". And nobody else heard anything like that.

Which was the ONLY point I was pursuing and trying to get input on from those of you who closely monitor this.

I think it will be just a matter of time before the courts take the baby into their custody. I know that there was a black woman on TV that goes into the house daily to check on the baby. I think the lady was a government official and she may have worked for DFC in the Bahamas.

I truly believe that the courts will force the DNA testing and that it will be done ASAP after Birkhead files his request in the Bahama's. I think this whole situation a black eye on the Bahama's and they will move quickly to clean their hands of all this. I don't think this will turn into another Aruba incident. The Bahama's is part of the UK and not the Netherlands. (there is a huge difference in the UK and the Netherlands)

I have it open now (all 5 pages of it) - I will read it in a little while. I think it is pretty damning. I think the nurse was hired to keep an eye on Anna so that she did not kill herself. Oops... they left her alone in hotel while they went with Stern to finalize the papers on the boat.

I really don't think Stern wanted her dead. He would have had things in better order before he helped her intentionally OD.
