Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Was Anna starting to get "bad vibes" given that they were now going to have an inquest regarding Daniel's death?
Fox infobabe was talking about this, earlier. Seems Florida is ignoring the Ca. judge. And, Stern wants an open casket....so, he has petioned to get the body. He's claiming next of kin status.
Really an amazing similarity. Thanks. Another thing, prior to hooking up with Stern Anna actually had a budding film career, which nose-dived once he came into her life.
If the courts in the Bahamas don't force DNA then I think a very public boycott should take place against them.
What if she really did use Marshall's frozen sperm?

At this point, I agree.... he indicated he would have some news on that front today.
Seems to me most of the attorneys, even the atty's supposed to be working on ANS's behalf have more connection to HKS than ANS.
It seemed a lot went wrong when HKS was around and he was coveniently the only one around who could "save" her. I think he convinced her of that... the self-fulfiling prophecy of despair and then rescue. HKS -- a modern day Svengali.
After OJ and other high profile cases, this is good news that at least she died where the case will get proper investigation, not likely the same would have happened if she had been in the Bahamas. Does he have any connections in Nassau to help him tie up loose ends from there?
She had him put his name on the birth certificate, after she asked Ben Thompson, who (at the time) said he couldn't because he'd had a vasectomy. I bet now, for the babies sake, he wishes he'd said yes to her.
Last I heard, Virgie is in the Bahamas. I heard this morning ABC paid her for her appearance on GMA and she planned to use that for attorney fees to try and get the baby from HKS.
Marilyn flaunted -- for her day it was almost as outrageous as ANS. Difference was I think Marilyn's boobs were real, ANS's were not. Why she had to get double implants in each boob is a mystery to me, no one needs them that big.
Will Florida turn her body over to someone she wasn't married to? Especially if her mother comes forth and wants the body?
Svengali or Rasputin... I don't think there is much difference, both were evil.

True. Did Stern "as her lawyer" place himself as the father? I never heard her (ANS) say he was the father, only HE did on Larry King Live. If he had her secluded, did she know?
Its all about the baby at this point and not allowing someone like HKS who destroyed ANS destroy this sweet, innocent, child.

Originally, I would have asked the same question. Then the tabloid drama became interesting because of the many criminal and legal questions arising; i.e.
Two premature deaths - cause and manner undetermined.
An estate in excess of $1billion
Immigration certification
Parental DNA determination
Custody rights
Psychological/drug impairment
Illegitimate Next-of-kin determination
Common law marriage - civil unions
Improper/illegal real estate transactions
Brainwashing/psychological control
Drug abuse facilitation/dependency
Professional misconduct - medical, psychological and legal.
Possibly a conspiracy to commit murder and grand larceny/fraud.
