Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I am so sick of these posts. So what. Maybe he has a deformity. Does that make him any less capable to do his job? I can't begin to tell you how distasteful these posts about appearance have become. There but for the Grace of God go I. Get over it.
I don't know if Birkhead is actually there but I know he has Bahama lawyers working on it now. Opri said they have attys in Florida, California, and in the Bahamas working for Birkhead.
I say Gabor's husband should also file his claim in the Bahamas. The more the better - put pressure on the Bahama courts to find out who is truly this baby's father.

Nope, smothering is very detectable. I don't believe she was smothered. There would be signs of PH. No signs what so ever.
I think the extra fathers stepped forward to "help the baby" as they don't think Stern is the father either. Who witnessed him putting his name on the birth certificate. Did Anna ever verbally say Stern was the father? Or are we taking it for granted?
ET has her on video saying all kinds of things that support Stern as the father and reputing everything Birkhead as said. And she looks/sounds like she's been pre-rehersed.
The guy on Greta said they took the pics, which included the refrig. They showed the pics. Tan guy said the reason they took the fridg pic was to show that her Meth was still in Bahama's and not in FLA. (which didn't make any sense...but that's what he said)
Do you REALLY think that Anna knew about the "speedup" process for Citizenship in the Bahamas? Howard spoon fed her all right!!
Last night on ONE of the many shows, someone said LB was already in Bahama's. I'm going to assume his lawyer is either there or planning on going.
Stern is trying to pass himself off as next of kin. Where is ANS family? Unless Virgy wants to see casket pics of her daughter plastered all over the place, she better get busy. I wonder if Stern already has a deal for the pics?
It's too bad that she didn't realize that under sexing herself, rather than flaunting it all, was the key. I always thought that Marilyn Monroe was much sexier than ANS, simply for that fact that Marilyn didn't shove it in our face. Marilyn had class. From what I have seen, ANS had none. She used a pretty face, and a fake body to get what she wanted. Tells a great story about our society as a whole doesn't it? That someone with a pretty face, and man made boobs, which were too big, makes headlines day, after day.
I hope that the paternity suit will be settled once and for all. And that the poor baby will at least have a chance at life.
As for HKS, I really don't know. I don't think he was responsible, but I don't know. Evil comes in many different disguises. To trick us all.

It's hard to say, completely, because it was done initially by her boyfriend from Myrtle Beach - but, of course, HK$ was right there all along.
I thought Virgie was a shoe-in for the body custody, but they've ramped up the delivery date, for some reason. I guess they're just ignoring the CA court order to hold it until 2/20.
Perper already said he doesn't have to hold it for DNA testing, as they have plenty of tissue samples, so maybe he is ignoring the CA order.
Really!!!!! Well, I guess he has as much right as Stern.
