Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
But, if her residency is found to have been granted on false premises, everything stemming from that would be null and void, including Dannielynn's citizenship status - if contingent on Anna Nicole's status.
On her own, Dannielynn may, simply by virtue of being born on Bahamian land, have the right to Bahamian citizenship, but I would think she would need a guardian ad litem to litigate that.
If some court proves Stern was an accessory to the fraud perpetrated for the citizenship status, then I doubt he could be appointed the guardian ad litem by any court, US or Bahamian.
I saw the guy on Greta, good for TMZ.. I'm no fan of ET, but this is over the top, even for them.

Who was she treating? What was the degree of mental impairment? Was the patient capable of making legally binding decisions? Grief impaired?

They left out the call to the Seminole Police from the bodyguard which evidentally gave a lot more detail, including what she had been taking.
Actually, that shrink was putting out the Stern spin that ANS was going to legally marry HKS in a few weeks - if she hadn't died. "We got her to say yes."
My goodness, she didn't even look like the same person there... she looked so beautiful when she was more natural.
Just heard it on our local news - and they said the Seminole PD still has the *other* 911 call and is not releasing it "at this time."
Poison could also be alcohol poisoning? Remember a bouncer said she was doing shooters just a few hours before she died. I don't think shooters and methadone are a healthy combination....

It appears that between 1992 and when she met Stern she may have been clean and sober.. and when she was cleaned up there isn't anyone who could have competed with her in the looks department. She looks so much like Jayne Mansfield in a lot of her pictures. I do see some Marilyn there, but more Jayne... almost like they could be long lost sisters (which I know they were not).
oh, lord. I knew Ron Rales seemed more concerned with Howard than ANS... wonder how much those two close friends might have been in cahoots.

That's true. It's just that the Dr. said "poison" not poisoning. Too much CSI for me!
My two cents is that HKS kept her in a drug stupor and enabled her drug abuse, which intensified her paranoia and dependence on him so that he could continue to ride the gravy train. If ANS was a happy, healthy, non-whacked-out-on drugs person, she wouldn't have needed him and probably would have dumped him. She would have been free to reach out to all the other people who tried to reach out to her from whom HKS purposefully kept her isolated and ostracized.
