Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

He was in a plane; you could tell by the windows and the curve of the ceiling.
And if there is a more despicable more biased reporter, I cannot imagine who it is; while I was watching, all I could think was I hope this whole story blows up in his face.

Custody for Smith's child moves to Bahamas
NASSAU, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- The custody battle for Anna Nicole Smith's daughter will move to the Bahamas, where an ex-boyfriend said he will ask for a DNA sample from the late Smith.
Larry Birkhead, the California photographer who claims he is 5-month-old Dannielynn's father, said he plans to ask a Nassau court to allow the DNA extraction to determine the child's paternity, Birkhead's attorney Debra Opri told People magazine.
Smith died Thursday in Hollywood, Fla., of unknown causes.
Smith's companion Howard K. Stern is listed as the father on the birth certificate.
"Larry Birkhead believes now is the time to go to the Bahamas when the whole world's magnifying glass is on the Bahamian government and the legal system," Opri said.
Two other men claimed they may be the child's father.
Prince Frederic von Anhalt, husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, said he may be the father and may file a paternity challenge, MSNBC said.
Smith's bodyguard Alexander Denk said he, too, may be the girl's daddy, MSNBC said.
Smith's estranged half-sister, Donna Hogan, suggested in an unpublished biography that Smith impregnated herself with the frozen sperm of her late husband, billionaire J. Howard Marshall II.

That is the only Playboy that I, as a female, ever bought. Ok, so make fun now...
Anyway, I always thought she was astonishingly beautiful. Not in a lesbian way, but in a fascination way. Like people were with Marilyn Monroe. Plus I liked that she wasn't size 1.
The Bahamas are fast turning into Aruba, IMO.
The question is how long is that government prepared to go to bat for Stern.
Especially when it's proven he must have lied on the registry permit.
What about "smothering"?? If Nicole was weakened from being sick, could she possibly have been smothered and is it detectable??? There was a bodyguard around and I assume he was a bruiser.

There is an excellent Classical Vet that several people on our Cocker list have used -- he consults by phone -- and he has an outstanding reputation and is on the recommended alternative vet list. His name is Doctor Jeff Levy. Knowing that cats are difficult to treat for illnesses (compared to dogs) I would consider calling doctor Levy.

That's just it! She was a very self-indulgent woman. Even her lovers were calculated and she had a REASON to bed them, UNLESS SHE WAS ATTRACTED TO THEM (as in Larry Birkhead, that attraction was obvious as what did he have to bring her? He was a photographer, not rich or famous). So she wasn't with Stern for desire, what was the calculation behind it? Not the 'oh she fell in love with me' crap that Stern and his minions/family is spewing. That was my point. Am I making sense? I'm not sure, haha. So there was a reason, was it one he convinced her of and now after her death he is making it out to be something more. Either for his own sick delusional fantasy or for the money.

I hadn't considered insurance, but certainly the diet drug people would have business interuption insurance on her. They sure seem to be in HKS's pockets, too.
Some say he was with Stern, some say he was there; there does appear to be a time discrepancy between the time Stern was called and the time 911 was called.
I think we are going to find out he drove over to the hotel while she was dying/dead, to clean up or "handle" the situation.
I think all this stuff about the breast surgery is a red herring.

That interview is the most sickening thing I've ever seen on TV; Steines bought Stern's story hook, line, and sinker; plus he paid for it; I bet ET paid for that airplane.
Steines can go down with Stern.

I, too, got very angry because watching ET and Access Hollywood the whole perspective was so phony and poor Howard and I wanted to hurl.
No flames on that one at all, I have been fascinated with that picture because she did look absolutely, drop dead gorgeous in that picture and as a female you cannot help but admire another woman who was that beautiful... and like they said she was just under six feet and had legs up to.... this was a tremendous waste of someone who could have really made something out of her life with those looks, had she had the condifidence and right guidance.
Well no, they aren't frantic, possibly because this is the hotel personnel calling 911. As if the people in her hotel room were incapable of dialing 911 themselves.
I saw some guy from Access Hollywood on Greta's show last night and he was trashing ET and Stern; so was Harvey what's his name from TMZ.
I don't have his book, but I have another lady's book Anitra Frazier--the New Natural Cat. I'm going to have to dig it up and see if she has something related to what I need. Have you heard of her?
What specifically did you use in the way of enzymes? This is all new to me and it's like a crash course if you know what I mean.
