Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
HKS set Moe up. He tells him to lie on TV. Now when Moe testifies against him, the defense will say "this man, Moe, is a known liar. You can't trust a word he says".

That still falls in line with my opinion she had Gastric Bypass. Pills run right through a stomach that has been bypassed. It's like a funnel and when something else comes in the stomach, it flushes through and the intesines absorb it. I thought this when the Dr said no pills in stomach, "Well, there wouldn't be if she had a bypassed stomach".
Moe gets a call at 1:30. And then at 1:38, it says that he calls Mr. Stern. I would like to understand what happened to those 23 minutes between 1:15 and 1:38. Even if you give an extra five minutes, say it`s 1:20, what happens in the 18 minutes? What happened -- and why did the boat -- why did the boat they were purchasing have to leave Florida that night, or Friday morning? Because it was seen Friday evening in the Bahamas. I would like to know.

Are you kidding Howlin? I'm convinced HKS has some kind of legal voodoo on him. He seems to be able to do alot of stuff he shouldn't be able to do 'legally'. Obtain gobs of illegal medicines, get away with the death of a 20 year boy. Get away with making money off all the ANS death stuff. On and on and on.

Access Hollywood is sticking it royally to HKS. First with giving Larry Birkhead his side of the story and now with the comments made re: Moe. Tony Pitts said he hasn't spoken with Moe but he wants to because his insiders are telling him that he knows something big.
Maybe that's what they saw on the security videos, people moving baby stuff.
And that's why somebody would have had to move the baby furniture out of the Bahamas house early the next morning, when they called Shelly in SC.

Good point. Security cameras would have seen them taking the baby out of the hotel, even through a side door.
Now, records are supposedly going to show that Stern got a call about ANS (being dead?) BEFORE 1:15 at the very latest.

Ooh. That guy. He seemed to have some insider sources. Unless his sources are wrong, or i'm reading too much into it. The statement "Moe was expecting to get something out of this" doesn't bode well for Moe. Moe must be cutting a deal with the FBI or whomever for immunity from prosecution.

Good question, isn't it. This guy is supposed to be so detail oriented, but he is turning out to be as stupid as any other criminal since today cell phones and video cameras follow our tracks every where.
