Communication "footsteps" have redefined criminal behavior. It played a huge role in the Peterson Case.

I'm sure that Larry has all the emails from Anna. Since Howard introduced them as evidence in the Seidlein Court to damage Larry, they are fair game. Howard can't claim them as private. He opened the door.

The same thing with the videos and the Clown video in particular. If that little girl wasn't involved, it probably wouldn't have made it to court.

But we have a right to protect our children and when someone scares them with a horrific display, that person is deemed as abusive. I'm sure that little girl will be tortured forever at the sight of a clown and when she see Howard for that matter.

I think that videos, audios, emails, phone calls are going to play a huge part in this.

2) ANS's note expressing concern HKS was trying to kill her (and suspicions he'd already killed Daniel)

3) Online purchases of botox or a myriad of other drugs

4)HKS's research on drug interactions or untraceable posions

5)Correspondence with Dr. Quack Kapoor regarding which drugs to send

6) HKS's unfinished book entitled How to Kill Two People and Get Away with It 4 Dummies

I wonder what they might find?

They are just hoping she makes some/any vague reference that can be assigned to suicide - they just don't have the courage to bring the murderers to justice.......because they are elitist lawyers, psychiatrists and physicians.

This is what I think...

Tox report comes back - he knows what drugs she was on and if the the levels of some of these drugs were normal or on the high side.

First thing he has to do is see if she actually had prescriptions for the drugs found in her system (in her name or in one of her alias names)

Then he has to figure out what the prescribed dosage was on each of these prescriptions. Did she have too much of any prescribed doses in her system?

Then if they were prescribed to her - why were they prescribed to her and why did the prescribing doctor set the prescribed dose amounts at level that he did?

Also what was X amount of times the original prescriptions could be filled before a new prescription had to written by the doctor?

The way it is looking to me...

Kapoor was handing out too many prescriptions to Anna under several names. She may have had duplicate (same drug) active prescriptions under different names. (for example: 1 for methadone under Vicky Marshall dated 1/07 and another for methadone under Michelle Chase dated 1/07)

If so... why did Kapoor do this for her? (If Kapoor did do this then he could go down for killing her - because she most likely died from an overdose. Was it an accidental OD and was Kapoor making it easy for her to OD by prescribing her too many of the same meds or bad combination of drugs?)

There is no way that they can prove that a suicide note on her computer was written by Anna. Howard could have had his phone on at the same time, giving us the impression that he was on the phone while she was doing that. My girlfriend is always faxing me jokes while we're talking.

I don't think that's what they're looking for.

As in patterns of writer's style? i.e. there is no way ANS could forge a legal statement with her 8th grade education - and perhaps the reverse is true.

HK$ would not be able to replicate ANS' spelling and grammatical errors in fraudulent emails or letters.
