Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I just learned something I didn't know. Eroshvy was ANS next door neighbor.
Your whole scenario is ridiculous and if they (the police) don't see all the holes that you have pointed out, I'll be convinced they are either stupid or in on it.

The doctor who prescribed Anna Nicole Smith methadone while she was pregnant is firing back at the man claiming that he's not cooperating with the investigation into her death.
After reports that the results of Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy were delayed by the medical examiner so he could examine additional evidence, an attorney for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor says he has nothing to add to the investigation.

I know. I can't believe with an EMT a nurse and the head shrink doc that they were so entirely inept. It is unbelievable.
Well, that one guy wraps it all up in a neat basket, doesn't he?
Move along.
Neighborhood neighbor, not quite next door. I think they did say "next door" on the reality show, tho.
Perhaps that's the one Stern said was missing from the closet (where he had hidden it?)?
Seminole Police Chief In Bahamas
I missed this. Anyone know anything about it?
I wonder if they bought one of those disposables to use for the commitment ceremony "phone video" HKS said he had - and then just put that one away, like a scrapbook - it's so easy to lose memory sticks.
Nice non-denial denial. Snort.
I don't know about the FIRM, but that is the conclusion I reached after reading and hearing reports from Dr. Perper, Big Moe, a witness at the casino, the first paramedic to arrive at the scene at the hotel that ANS was already dead.
So therefore this and for other sinister reasons there was not a need for HKS to accompany the dead body to the hospital.MP>My take is that the hospital only pronounced ANS dead after the body got to the hospital.
I have read one report which came from Ron Rale that ANS died at the hospital.

The Broward County medical examiner wants to examine a computer that belonged to Anna Nicole Smith before announcing her cause of death, a spokesman for the county state attorney's office said.
Should the "medical" examiner be able to draw conclusions from a computer? Wouldn't that be better left to LE?
That's what I want to know. Perper seems way outside his scope ... more lop-sided face time on TV.
MACCALLUM: All right. Well, we've invited Dr. Kapoor to respond to that tomorrow. And we thank you, Dr. Perper, very much for being with us tonight.
____________
Can he be sure of his "findings" without this information?
Thats about all we know other than the Bahama LE is going to be coming to visit and meet with the Seminole/Florida LE some time in the near future.
For once I'd feel better if the Feds were involved.
He's watched too much CSI?
I mean if there's an overdose or no one obtained medical help will Perper say cause of death is, based on her computer activity "what Anna would have wanted?"
