I don't know about the FIRM, but that is the conclusion I reached after reading and hearing reports from Dr. Perper, Big Moe, a witness at the casino, the first paramedic to arrive at the scene at the hotel that ANS was already dead.
So therefore this and for other sinister reasons there was not a need for HKS to accompany the dead body to the hospital.MP>My take is that the hospital only pronounced ANS dead after the body got to the hospital.
I have read one report which came from Ron Rale that ANS died at the hospital.
