Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
OT, but did you all hear about Johnny Depps daughter Lilly Rose? She stepped on a rusty nail and got blood poisoning and has been fighting for her life.
"Daniel landed in the hospital twice – shortly before Smith moved to the Bahamas and on the same day she arrived, according to the report."
Could this have been Daniel's cry to ANS to stay in California - choose him instead of HKS?
Still Howard or Anna could have still bypassed them and paid him. Those two were such grifters. Not paying the local lawyers but buying boats and 10k rings.
Did you look at the birth certificate? Born 2001 in Burbank.
One of the comments at the bottom said that this kid could explain the disinheriting future children in the will.
I could see this whole thing being true. It is interesting that she was supposedly afraid of what HKS would do if he knew.

In that early interview it didn't seem like the "full lips" comment was important. But now i'm thinking Botox again...
This is Arizona, looks like she went to the spa down in Tucson (to dry out?) and had a three-week affair, had this baby boy and gave him to the father for some reason and then wrote a will to disinherit him right after he was born.
Read it, and check it's accuracy with your DB. There is a copy of a Birth Cert, but I can't get a good look at it.
Wonder if they took her to the Doctor right away for a shot? Anyhow, that's just awful news.

No, no. He was the CA paternity lawyer. "Representing ANS's interests against Larry Birkhead."
It came out immediately the next day after she died that he is HKS's buddy from law school and was always on HKS's "side" not ANS's.
It does appear Anna had an aversion to paying many of her bills over the years (to put it mildly.) But, I believe Wecht on this. Keep in mind he was the one who said Daniel's cause of death was combo of methadone, Lexapro and Zoloft, so how could that have endeared him to Anna and Howard? Especially when Wecht stated publicly not so long ago that he was suprised the media had not tracked down just where the methadone came from or how Daniel got it?
I don't know - several years ago. It was a vague story.
If you look at the pics of her walking out of the courthouse holding on to Daniel with one arm and the lawyer with the other, the lawyer is Ron Rale. I think maybe he took over after the Texas judge made HKS start sitting in the back of the room.
