Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Probably doesn't have a copy of the 'scrip or of the waybills from FedEx or whoever.

Actually Cyril is correct. The ME's findings are not biased by anything.
It doesn't sound like the other's went into the room that morning and it sounds like Taz was just there to hang out with her husband and he asked her to stay there in case ANS needed anything, so in her mind ANS was asleep and she just let her sleep... it was her friend Brigett who realized something wasn't right and looked more carefully at ANS and rang the alarm (as evidenced by what she told Rita).

I had also heard that about the direction of eyes when someone is lying or trying to remember something etc. So I went to look it up. This may be more info than anyone wants, but it's interesting considering our search for the truth.
Look Both Ways Before Answering
Pupil size isn’t the only way your eyes communicate. The direction in which someone looks while talking can also speak volumes. As you’re probably aware, the brain is divided into two hemispheres. The left hemisphere is primarily responsible for logic and analytical thought, while the right hemisphere is where emotional and creative thinking occur. Because the right brain governs the left side of the body and vice-versa, we tend to look to the left when using our right brains and to the right when using our left brains.
Recalling existing information is largely a right-brain task, which means that when we’re trying to remember something we usually look to the left. Conversely, we typically look to the right when trying to construct a description or a story, making use of the logical powers of the left brain. To make matters even more interesting, looking upward suggests that a person is using images or visual memories. Looking downward is associated with kinesthetic or emotional memories, while looking directly left or right usually means the person is processing auditory data.
I’ve read in several places that because looking to the right means a person is constructing something new, this implies lying. But I’ve also read exactly the opposite—that looking to the left suggests lying (presumably because the creative right brain is being used). Still others claim that whichever direction you associate with lying, you have to switch it if the person is left-handed! In reality, the association between gaze direction and truthfulness is a tenuous one. Making up a new sentence doesn’t necessarily involve making up a new fact, after all. And although left-handed people are slightly more likely to be right-brained than right-handed people, one’s dominant hand doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with one’s dominant brain hemisphere. All the same, law-enforcement personnel are regularly taught to take note of a suspect’s gaze direction during an interrogation. Although eye movement is much less foolproof than a polygraph, it can suggest areas in which someone is not being entirely forthcoming.

Why do you use the word "biased"? Maybe it is simply information that he didn't have before that can help him interpret the results of his own investigation? He isn't going to change his mind based on the police, but he could change his mind or modify his conclusions based on information that was relevant, that he did not have before, that came to him VIA the police.
Hey, I emailed TMZ reminding them that Moe's wife was not Brigitte Neven but Taz! Thats about it. I just told them to be careful about names and facts because we were relying on them for our news. hahahahaha Eat that Barf. Nannynannybooboo. Then I noticed they changed their story and now it seems more confusing. I wish they would just post their original info and let us interpret it!

I think what is going on here is there are checking to see if she truely had a prescriptions for the drugs that pop up in her tox screen. If there was prescriptions for all of them in her name (or aliases) then they want to know why they were prescribed to her. Something tells me that they found many different types of drugs in her system.
Remember, HKS was already back at the hotel when the paramedics arrived and he called Doctor Ershovich in California and did not accompany her to the hospital -- Big Moe went to the hospital..
It sounds like in all the confusion Moe went with the body and HKS stayed behind to clean out the evidence. From the time she left the Hard Rock most of us were trying to find out where HKS was and no one knew.
I believe that Brigitte stayed out in the living room area for that 90 minutes she was waiting for ANS. So, she wouldn't have been in the bedroom where Tas allegedly was, sitting on the other side of ANS's king-sized bed.
Not once have I ever gotten the impression anyone else was in the suite at all when Brigitte was waiting (or she would've had someone to visit with).
Also, she and King Eric wouldn't have had access to the other bedroom in the suite (unless maybe the bathroom was needed, I don't know if there was also a guest bath off the sitting room - there probably was) - because that had been Eroshevich's room until that day - but on the 8th, it was Moe and Tas's room.
Or, so we have been led to believe. Seems as tho Brigitte and King Eric were just going to leave on the boat in a little while, with Howard and Anna, Moe and Tas, if things had gone as planned.
It does sound like Ershovich isn't the other doctor. Wonder why TMZ is reluctant to name who it is?
I don't think HKS was at the hotel *when* the paramedics arrived. He came up to the room as they were working on her and was allegedly screaming and beating on people to let him past, to get to Anna.
How much is true, I don't know. But I do not believe he was there when the EMS *got there.*
I think that the ME is to do his own investigation, and give the cause of death based on physical observations and tests( toxicology,x-rays, etc). He then states wether or not the death was natural,accidental or a homocide.
By biased, I meant that it is not to be influenced.
Here is a wild theory: You know how we all suspect HKS is gay... what if he first met Kapoor in a gay bar somewhere and introduced him to ANS and Daniel.. We know (now) he was prescribing something to Daniel as well as the drugs for ANS. What if the two conspired (together) to off both of them for the $$$$$
