I think what is going on here is there are checking to see if she truely had a prescriptions for the drugs that pop up in her tox screen. If there was prescriptions for all of them in her name (or aliases) then they want to know why they were prescribed to her. Something tells me that they found many different types of drugs in her system.

Maybe Wecht is covering his own ass..since he did an autopsy on Daniel and may have overlooked "something"..

He's obviously biased toward Anna's side and concludes that talk of "murder" is ludicrous.

Wecht is hardly a source of an unbiased opinion..

LE does not want Perper to come out and say what drugs were in her system because they are still tracking down the prescriptions in her name if they exist and the prescribing doctors for these drugs. Simply put... she OD on drugs (probably accidently) and that is not going to change the cause of death, but once Perper says she OD', then the media is going demand to know what drugs were found in her system.
