Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Yeah and his attorneys are doing their damdest today to throw out the motive part. "Howard had no life insurance policies on Anna", "Howard isn't making any 'profit' from this or that", etc.

I'm reading the updates from ihsam.com (see my other post).
Mark Hatten wrote a letter dated 2 days before Anna died accusing HKS of trying to kill him. Here is an excerpt..

So Hatten was writing a book about his life, his years spent in and out of the clink, and in his book, he tells of his two-year relationship with Anna Nicole. I was surprised to learn that Anna’s mother, Virgie Arthur, is one of his prison penpals, but I was even more surprised – no, completely f******* shocked, to read a letter Hatten had written to friends just two days before Anna died.

On the same cheap yellow paper, and written in the same primary-colored inks, Hatten talked about how his sister Jackie (I’m a fan) and Virgie were going to be on the Montel Williams show to meet with psychic Silvia Brown (I know...) in an effort to solve the ‘murder mystery’, as he called it, of whether HKS killed Daniel. The next part of his letter is riveting. He told a story of how of how HKS tried to kill him when he was living with Anna Nicole. What!?! How did HKS try to kill him? By drugging him with morphine sulphate. Hatten says he passed out, and pretty much dropped dead for three days. He was obviously in a coma, but when he woke up –- are ya ready?-- when he woke up, he was lying in a bathtub -wait for it- filled with -uh-huh- ICE! Do you have the chills it is it just me? (pun intended)

Looking at the photo of Jackie Hatten's brother raises the question of whether HK$ saw him as a more "physical" threat to HK$ than the boyish Larry.

First of all, let me say, that I have no idea what kind of mental moron would accept all the men in Anna's bedroom while HK$ and she were supposedly "romantically" involved.

But I have to believe that Mr. Hatten would have quickly dispensed with that sissy HK$ if and when Anna decided to ask him. So I have to believe that HK$ finegled Hatten's demise.

Someone needs to cut the gas lines on that boat he has in Bahamas. The thing is I don't think he knows how to really operate/navigate a boat and that is why he needed King Gibson. I doubt King Gibson is willing to help Stern run at this point but I am sure there are others in the Bahamas that will help as long as he pads their hands well with cash.

Personally I think we all should be email or calling the US Embassy in the Bahamas or Social Services in the Bahamas demanding that the baby be removed from Stern's care.

How does it work?
