Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
All ugly men seeking the limelight and money IMO. And, maybe even sexual preference.

Ok, i'll trust your judgment on that. I haven't watched much of this on TV so am not qualified to speculate on his feelings for Anna.
I have a nagging feeling the results of the autopsy will not point to WHO, we will know where and when but how is another story.
I tried to make that sentence as convoluted as possible to match what the autopsy findings will be.

Let me add that he also filmed the worst drug induced states so when she died he would have proof that she overdosed or was in such a bad state of mind that she died........

And, if the judge was most concerned with ANS's intent to be with Daniel, then it seemed pretty relevant to determine whether or not Daniel's closest living relative had the intent and capability to move Daniel before they decided to bury ANS in the Bahamas. Her intent revolved around Daniel - not the Bahamas.

Yes, i don't think it's the ME's job to say WHO did it. But he could say "homocide" couldn't he? Or "suspected homocide" or "undetermined" or something like that. Which gives the Broward County Sheriffs the thumbs up to take a look at the death as a possible homocide. And didn't they say that the Broward County Sheriff was the one who was going to announce the autopsy results? If not, i did hear for sure that Broward Co was going to make a statement of some kind on Friday. Maybe it'll be a joint conference with Perper and the Sheriffs.
Or maybe there was just a verbal contract between Howard and ET at the time. We just don't know, and chances are they're not going to tell us...
Someone has to keep paying Anna's bills and taking care of her business in this time prior to probate of the will. Obviously that has to be Howard and/or her attorneys.
Here's an off the cuff question for you: If there are monies paid to Anna's estate/trust for Dannielynn by ET (for filming funeral and all the other stuff), are you OK with that? T.

TMZ has learned Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguard talked to the Seminole Police Department today about the circumstances surrounding Smith's death.
We're told the cops went to Big Moe's house this morning in Pembroke Pines, Florida, because they had questions about the security camera video at the hotel where Smith died. Sources say Big Moe told the cops Anna was on "heavy doses" of prescription drugs that day, including flu medicine and antibiotics. Sources say Moe also told cops that in the months leading up to Smith's death, Howard K. Stern gave her "some types of drugs," though he didn't specifically know which. As he put it, "Anna was in a cloud."
And there's this: Although Moe has not told cops about this, he privately says that Howard K. Stern had certain patterns of conduct when it came to Anna Nicole, and that pattern changed the day she died. We're told it has to do with how Howard would constantly check up on Anna, but he went MIA during the critical time before her death, and Moe says that was "highly strange."
Looking at the photo of Jackie Hatten's brother raises the question of whether HK$ saw him as a more "physical" threat to HK$ than the boyish Larry.
First of all, let me say, that I have no idea what kind of mental moron would accept all the men in Anna's bedroom while HK$ and she were supposedly "romantically" involved.
But I have to believe that Mr. Hatten would have quickly dispensed with that sissy HK$ if and when Anna decided to ask him. So I have to believe that HK$ finegled Hatten's demise.
No doubt about that. But what i was saying was that he used the term "medicine" instead of drugs to make people think she had some kind of illness. So that it wouldn't look so bad when he administered the drugs in front of people.
So Big Moe is the first one to turn on Howie. Who'll be next???

I knew some one would crack eventually - Stern's ship is sinking and they have finally decided they are not going to go down with him. Every night when I go to bed I say a prayer for Dannielynn and I always hope that I when I log on the next day that there will be news that Stern has been taken into custody and that the baby has been turned over to Birkhead.
That might seem to be so, but this case had nothing, legally, to do with Daniel. It had only to do with ANS and who had the right to her remains, which turned out to be her closest living relative, Dannielynn. That being said, there may well be things occurring in the future regarding Danny and Anna's burial site. That's neither here nor there, and up to the various parties in the future.

No - not while HK$ has any possible involvement with the trust and disposition of any assets.
And No, if Larry Birkead/Virgie Arthur get custody of Dannielyn. They don't need and shouldn't want blood money.
There should be no dangling monies out there for the leech to tap into. He needs to get a real job or go to a real jail.
