Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I'm with you. I used to like her as well, but she is being beyond phoney on this story and I believe she has children of her own, you'd think, as a mother, she would want to know that baby is safe and see HKS for the skank he is.

Bonnie Stern says her brother brought Smith to holidays such as Thanksgiving and Passover at their parents' house. Did that first visit, on Thanksgiving of 1998, create a culture clash?

Looking up a few law cases. Untampered videos and voice recordings have a higher ranking than "he said, she said" and we see videos of everything from "Bad boy, bad boy" to take downs of sex offenders on camera to robberies...etc. Then there's the infamous Nixon tapes and the Lewinsky tapes.

The video of the "marriage" or "commitment ceremony" was not only video but there is sound bite which we have not heard in total (Howard is saving that for court??)

The Gibson photo is only ONE shot. Any photographer takes many shots. That one was "Hey, look at me so I can get your face, Mr. Gibson."

You got me thinking....ya know this is very odd. You'd think at least somebody would come forward and say something. UNLESS, the FBI has been running a sting operation on HKS. Maybe a sting that's been going on since Daniels death, maybe a sting that stems from something going back to possible dirty dealings in California. And IF that were the case (all theoretical of course), the FBI could be telling everyone to keep their mouths shut for now.

Yes, the WaPo..... it says in 1998 he brought her home for Thanksgiving and in 2002 she became his only client... but we have never found any cases he ever was involved in except ANS.

I think he gained control over her in 2002. This is when the TV show was being negotiated and her business manager didn't want Daniel involved because he was too young for something so riske'...

HKS disagreed with him and thought Daniel should be involved so ANS became angry and fired the manager and hired HKS to be her attorney AND manager from then forward. Thus began the downfall of ANS.
