Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

On the show i was watching, was it ET or the one after, they made it sound like the body weight was fine. They said, we can report to you that Dannielynn weighs between 10 and 12 lbs and is doing great. Or something like that.

For the record i was only watching ET because my daughter was here and she wanted to watch it.

Only ET cameras were allowed inside the private reception held immediately following ANNA NICOLE SMITH's funeral at La Mirabella Mansion in the gated Ocean Club Estate.

At the small, invitation-only gathering, HOWARD K. STERN was still visibly emotional, exhausted from the culmination of events leading to this day. LARRY BIRKHEAD, who signed his name in the guest book, greeted some of the 50 friends and guests, which included MOE the bodyguard and Anna Nicole's estranged mother, VIRGIE ARTHUR -- who had just shoveled more than 50 mounds of dirt onto Anna's casket before her final kiss goodbye to the earth.

Photos of Anna were spread throughout the home, including one with Anna as MARILYN MONROE and one with her kissing her son DANIEL. Each picture was blown up to poster size, allowing attendees to write their final farewells.

But, amid the solemn celebration of Anna's life, there was acrimony among the ranks, as Howard's family remains bitter over Virgie's legal fight to have Anna's funeral post-poned so she could be buried in Texas.

Howard's sister, BONNIE STERN, had harsh words for Virgie, telling ET, "I could not contain myself -- I walked up to her when she sat down and I said to her, 'You make me sick,' and I meant it."

Howard's brother, GARY, echoed the sentiment: "I was so disgusted with how she had disgraced her daughter at her funeral that it was painful for me to even listen," he told ET. "I cannot think of something more disgraceful than to intentionally postpone your daughter's funeral at a time when you're supposed to be celebrating and honoring someone's life, not bringing them down."

"She's done," continues Bonnie. "I don't think that anybody sees a sense of stability in her. She has just shown a lack of loyalty to her daughter's wishes, to the courts."

At one point in the reception, MSNBC's RITA COSBY -- a guest of Virgie's -- allegedly snuck into the affair, but was quickly escorted out.

Also at the reception was baby DANNIELYNN's nanny, GERLENE GIBSON, who will continue to care for the six-month-old. She told ET that Anna was like her own daughter.

"She referred to me as mommy, and I referred to her as my girl," says Gerlene.

She also says the baby -- who now weighs between 10 and 12 pounds and loves to play "Peek-A-Boo" -- has Anna's smile and her mother's eyes and is already sleeping through the night.

As for the immediate future of Dannielynn, she will stay by Howard's side in the Bahamas until the court battles find out who's the biological father.

"[Howard] wants her to live the most normal life she possibly can outside all the chaos," says Bonnie.

Maybe she's going by what the doctor said at Dannielynns well baby check. IF she's getting well baby checkups. HKS said she hadn't had he vaccinations. Don't know if that means they're not completed, or if she's had none at all.

Disgraceful is what their brother did to ANS!! The very LEAST is pushing drugs into her body FOR YEARS most likely resulting in whatever killed her. (Will respond to your posts later - just wanted to post this quickly ---- then gotta go til later tonight). Couldn't sleep last night - cut on tv and channel surfed and landed on AMC channel - old movie was on starring Betty Grable, Carole Landis and Victor Mature.

Landis played the part of a pretty young waitress (I think) who was beautiful but "unrefined" - and Mature, who was like a promoter, took her and helped her dress beautifully and get photographed and become a model and a "celebrity". She followed his lead and made inroads with "high class famous people"....and did become noticed - and eventually was invited to go to HOllywood.

Her sister (Grable) tried to talk her out of all the search for fame and glamour, but to no avail. Grable's character was enthralled by the fame and fun of being a celebrity.

And she tried to dump Victor Mature who "made her" what she was.

The newly made "celebrity" character ended up dead - and the police were questioning Mature and the sister about the crime. It ended up being the police guy who did the deed....

But I was struck at the similarities between the new model/celebrity who made it mostly on her beauty and who was "promoted" so aggressivly.....

The interesting thing is the name of the movie character - model/celebrity was Vickie Lynn.

Here's a little more info on psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, friend of Anna Nicole Smith and a cameo player in the "Entertainment Tonight" video extravaganza of Smith's now-historic red carpet funeral.

Only in Los Angeles do psychiatrists suddenly pop up as best friends of their patients. It's unclear whether or not Eroshevich actually saw Smith as a patient or if she was just a hanger-on who got close to her in her later years.

This much is certain: It's Eroshevich's mug in the "ET" videos of the funeral and all its tacky preparations. The good doctor happily gave quotes to the TV show, which sources say paid millions to Howard K. Stern for the right to have a landmark ceiling camera hovering over Anna Nicole Smith's casket as it was rolled into the Bahamian church.

But back home Eroshevich isn't all that popular with the other less famous people with whom she used to work. At the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA), Eroshevich's professional issues cropped up right away. It seems like a very unhappy hateful group of people in this family. They talk too much and say all the wrong things and they aren't helping their brother. Which is a good thing. I watch a lot of old movies on AMC and TCM and lately they've been playing movies about people being poisoned. And i was wondering if HKS got any ideas by watching movies such as these.
