Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

The custody battle for Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, could be coming to a end very soon. That is, if Howard K. Stern has his way.
It seems as if Howard K. Stern, Smith's longtime companion, has been rushing to get a deal made with Larry Birkhead. Birkhead is the former boyfriend of Smith. In the deal, Stern will be able to remain part of Dannielynn's life and will manage her finances.
With the results of the DNA test looming overhead, Stern knows that if the DNA results reveal that Birkhead is indeed the father of Dannielynn before a deal is made, he will not only lose the 5 month old child but will possibly lose all communication with her.
Dannielynn is set to inherit close to one-half of a billion dollars ($500,000,000) from her mother.
There is speculations that Stern now joins the ranks of all of the money-hungry individuals that stepped forward soon after the death of Anna Nicole Smith to claim some part of the child she left behind.
Stern arranged for the funeral of Smith to be taped and broadcast on 'Entertainment Tonight'. The amount of money he received for the exclusive rights has not been revealed.
There is reports that Stern is now pressuring Birkhead to join him on the television shows 'Entertainment Tonight' and 'The Insider' for an exclusive interview about the life of Anna Nicole Smith and the current legal battles regarding the paternity of Dannielynn.
According to a source, Larry Birkhead does not want anything to do with this.
The paternity of Dannielynn has prompted a legal battle that started in California, moved into Florida and now is taking place in the Bahamas. The key players in this battle include Howard K. Stern, longtime companion of Anna Nicole Smith, and Larry Birkhead - Smith's former boyfriend.
In a Florida courtroom while deciding where to bury Smith, the matter of paternity was to be settled. Attorneys for Larry Birkhead petitioned the court for a DNA test to be preformed on Stern, however Stern informed Judge Larry Seidlin in a closed conference that he was not willing to submit DNA to Birkhead.
Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern was born on September 7, 2006 in the Bahamas. She is the daughter of Anna Nicole Smith. Dannielynn has one brother, Daniel, who is deceased.
Dannielynn is considered a U.S. Citizen because she was born in the Bahamas to an American mother.
Her mother, Anna Nicole Smith, was a former Playboy Playmate and model. Smith was found unconscious in her hotel room at the Hard Rock located in Hollywood, Florida. She later died. The cause of death is unknown at this time.
With the sudden death of her mother (Anna Nicole Smith) on February 8, 2007, Dannielynn stands to inherit one half of a billion dollars ($500,000,000). Money has been linked as the motive for the custody battle.
It wasn't disturbing. She was drugged up as usual....called herself a dork....but not unusual for what we have seen. And that baby is totally adorable.
Who was holding Dannielynn? Was that Dr. Kris Eroshovich?

Look how bulky she was in Dec 2006 compared to the January 2007 Boxing match pictures.
And the boxing match was in the first week of Jan. So we are talking about a 2 week difference here. But I didn't think to notice her weight in the Greta video.
Bottom line - Greta did a "gotcha" when she said the video might be disturbing. I didn't think that at all. Much less disturbing than the clown video.
And the chance to see that sweet baby was all I wanted!
HKS always got the goods on everyone, to use as blackmail. That's the only way the loser has been able to survive.
She had the major dark circles under her eyes at the boxing match also but was clearly thinner at the boxing match then in the Xmas video.
That trial was nothing more than a political "GET CHENEYm, GET BUSH" trial from the get go. It was total GARBAGE. Yet there it is in our courts of "justice". Like the OJ Trial. We all KNOW it is garbage - but there it sits.
Yes, Amen - that was the BEST summation of this video and of the clown video. Greta is still clearly not in the Stern camp of friends.

I think it had more to do with not wanting Anna to testify at the Daniel Smith inquest that was upcoming. Because she was the only person who knew the truth of what happened then.
Some of those Christmas presents are from Larry, aren't they? Or maybe she didn't open those in front of HKS or the camera.
Her lips are huge also in the boxing match pics It's almost as if she had some work done on her face.
I thought that what she seemed to have was swelling under her eyes.....not necessarily dark circles.
So she was on heavy diet city - TRMSPA again ???? - between Dec and January - and likely going on up to her fateful day in February?
So there you go. Trmspa interacting with the methadone, etc - bringing the "grapefruit juice" affect into play? Could that be it?
