Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

"Killa Kevin" is the ultimate manipulator. He drugged her when she was undergoing detox in the hospital. He kept her drugged and as you probably noticed she was getting worse and worse in the last year of her life. And HKS is the one that masterminded that whole scenario you described. She was under the thumb of him and under the influence of drugs given to her by him. She was an addict. She was paranoid because HKS had her convinced that Birkhead was going to take the baby away from her because of her addiction.
But Birkhead tells us that she wanted him to marry her. Remember, she told him to pick out a ring from Tiffany's. And altho he may have wanted to marry her, he says that he didn't want to do it just cuz she was pregnant. What i read between the lines there is that he didn't want to do it because he had reservations about her ability to overcome the drug addiction. He was probably waiting to see if she would try to go clean.
Which brings me to my theory about her possibly going to FLA to be detoxed and/or for rehab. Yes, i know about the boat, but that is a HKS setup (premeditated). HKS may have known she went for rehab and the boat deal was his idea for covering that up. HKS wouldn't have wanted the rehab. Because if she went clean, she would be in her right mind and might put two and two together and realize or suspect he had something to do with Daniels death.

(CBS) Could a technicality force a DNA test to prove who the real father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter is?
A Bahamian lawyer claims that the 6-month-old baby's birth certificate is invalid, because it was signed by the wrong party.
Godfrey "Pro" Pinder told the Freeport News in an exclusive interview Sunday that although Howard K. Stern is named as the father on the certificate, attorney Dion Smith Jr. signed his name where Stern's signature should have gone.
"In America, the lawyer puts his name there, but in The Bahamas either a parent, someone who witnessed the birth, the midwife, or someone who lives in the house where the baby was born must sign there."

Amen! So far, it is only a weak hope. What we've seen so far lends no confidence to this hope - but still we have it.
I bet Gerlene Gibson is the only person actually taking care of the baby with feedings, baths, and comfort. Howie probably looks at her once in a while and then goes back to brooding about how he'll soon be homeless...

I'm sure he was drugging her and she knew it. Even though she's paid the ultimate price for her crimes I'm not going to sugarcoat all the mayhem and mischief she bought into her life. I think it's pretty obvious that when she cut someone out of her life it was for good. She wasn't going back to Birkhead and she would still be fighting today to keep that child away from him if she was alive.
I agree she may have been detoxing in Florida. The deadline was approaching and just in case they couldn't delay the DNA testing..remember they would have had to test Anna too..they wanted to make sure she wasn't drugged up.
Ohhhh- thank you for that additional information about the Attorney Scott who quit the ANS / Stern team.....a very wise move for him.

That's the Guy. It was an excellent show and it was before Anna died. You could tell that Virgie was really, really worried about Anna and the situation she was in. Don't forget, there was no money to her at this point in time. I wish I knew the original date. I try his website.
And with what we've learned that Bonnie Stern said to Virgie at ANS's funeral....I think the whole family is psychopathic.
I saw a picture of Howard feeding the baby.....Except someone else was holding the bottle and was not even in the picture. 3 Hands and a baby???
Greta says new video of Anna Nicole - from last Christmas - may be disturbing to some.....the baby is shown with her....bad bags under her eyes - not sure what else.
