Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
not too old if Stern married her so that he could get a free ride through college. (Sugar Mama) - She owns some type of country club in FL I believe.
ROTFLOL.... I found the same site and wondered myself, it's the only person I can find with that name.
Looks like she and Eric are laying low after the one interview with Rita.
Should be public records -- probably in California is my thinking.
Maybe..... now we know why ANS paid all his bills and he claims no income??????
Her will specifically said no future husbands will inherit from her estate. It's to his benefit not being married to her and being executor instead.
Sounds like a job for the tmz guy.
I thought that HKS (and crew) were all saying that she hadn't used Methadone in 5 months to cover for Dr. Kapoor. The airbills and scripts were public by the time those statements were made. I thought they were just trying to keep him out of jail.
Well, hopefully if she gets several on the matter she'll look closer (fingers crossed)... she could blow this thing out of the water if she took data from us and did reporterette research.
Good idea, Harvey Levin is an attorney in California, bet he could find it.

This site shows a 38 year old Daphne Waldron in Los Angeles
That's 10 years older than Stern.
I remember that footage, it bothered me at the time. Until now I had not heard anyone else mention that scene.
Does anyone find it strange that her will would state such a thing... that no future husbands would inherit from the estate? How could she predict how she would feel about that in the future? ... was it somehow helpful with getting the Marshall millions?
I can't help but wonder are most posters/lurkers here women? I am, btw.
It's the same type of structure as the Marshall will; i.e., it was specific to Anna.
But Daniel would have turned 21, 5 months after his death. Howard would have lost ALL his power, absolutely all control over any "Hidden" accounts and her assets.
That's when all the nasty videos started to come out that were absolutely demeaning to Anna. He was blackmailing her, too.
He blackmailed Gibson with that photo of him and Anna in bed. And I have a feeling that it was the "mild" video of Anna and Gibson.
"that no future husbands would inherit from the estate?"
Bonnie Stern said HK$ did not write that 2001 will - is there any evidence that he did? Was he not the executor?
He appeared not to have "a shot" with Anna in the Love Department, so he may have wanted to eliminate any future spouses...if he had input in that 2001 will - it would make sense.
We already know the first rule of The Firm.
#1 Nobody leaves The FIRM
Here are 2 more that i submit for your approval:
#2 You don't TALK about The FIRM (to outsiders)
#3 All members of The FIRM must embed the name ANNA in any word where it is appropriate
Any others?

TMZ has a tip line contact on its home page right hand side
I'm not sure you can "delete" legal heirs in such a manner. And if Danielynn is "not deleted", neither are the others.
