Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

We know nothing about this person, Howard K. Stern. The media seems to be unwilling or unable to write a biographical timeline since he began his legal practice in California early 90's.
Very mysterious.
The Bahamian attorney they owed $113K to and never paid up, he fired them.
additionally..... look how hard Milstein went after both Vergie and Larry on the stand re: money and where it was coming from and pretty much gave HKS a pass.

Sept 10th Daniel Dies. Approximately 5 months later on or about
February 20th +- Howard tells Seidlein she hasn't used Methadone in 5 months (Which pretty much matches Daniel's date of death)
We need a GOOD timeline. The problem is that Howard isn't telling us where he is all the time.
So why was the prescription even ordered??? I have a feeling that Howard didn't think it could/would be tracked. I would guess that Kapoor knew the pharmacist.
Tough to find "FACTS" in this case.
Looking at the meth dates, don't tell me that Howard is going to say "Anna accidently gave Daniel the Methadone" and he's (Howard) has been covering for her.
I wonder if she was buried with the rock? Bet not, I would bet Howie did a switch and hocks the ring.
Per the "Commitment Ceremony", he was her "domestic partner". "Domestic Partner" is much broader but excludes Federal Benefits.
It took me a long time to figure out what was going on but I think I got it. He's a California Boy, don't forget...The state where anything goes.
I think it fits her acting out from 8th grade on more than anything else any of us could come up with.
Oh and yesterday when he said he was the one who insisted that HKS not go along with the DNA test is a load of kr@p. And even if it is true, how much convincing would it take. HKS didn't want to do it anyway.
When asked by Greta why he did insisted on HKS not going along with the dna test, he answered as he did thruout the whole interview, he went off topic and didn't answer at all.

I emailed Greta and told her something stinks between Big Moe's story, Taz's story and why no one but Rita Cosby is looking at Brigets story.
Good girl. The one things that hits me in the face is they both died within approximately 2 hours of lying down to rest. Odds are probably a billion to one. Could you pass it to her.
Someone needs to email this to Greta to match to the other story. My email told her she needs to start matching up statements, they don't match.
He took the boat to the Bahamas on Saturday after ANS died. Remember that weekend all of us were asking where is HKS? I still have a theory the initial rumor Dannielynn was there with them in Florida may be true and they took her back to Florida Saturday on the Cracker... Howard, too.
I believe someone posted an article last week that room 601 is sealed for now.
