Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
That's because it was negotiated with HKS. He was to be the focus. King Eric isn't famous in the States, so wasn't important.
>>>What's more, the reason Seidlin appointed the GAL was to make certain everyone was treated equitably at the funeral. Sounds like that didn't happen.>>>
That's because the GAL gave Howard K. Stern too much control over the funeral. I don't see why there had to be a limit of guests anyway. It seems to me that the narcissist that ANS was, she would have wanted as many people clamoring and crying over her as possible. Of course I'm assuming that HKS actually gave a damn what she wanted, even though he's supposed to be all about "What Anna would have wanted". He's just mad that he and Trimspa Toad couldn't do their new spokesperson competition tie in with the funeral.
Oh, no - the person being interviewed about it was Bruck, who worked at Reel Deal Yachts and sold them the boat.
In Greta's interview with Moe on 2-27, Moe said he ate breakfast downstairs in the hotel and when he went back upstairs, Howard and King Eric were there, getting ready to go get the boat.
LOL! Very fitting!
LOL! Even better!
Hopefully not guilty

Any other verdict and I will flee to New Zealand!
Glad you pointed that out...I knew I read it somewhere in this thread but had no idea where...whew...didn't want to have to re-read the thread to find it...bless you Sacajaweau for speaking up! I was up until 4:30am reading...and grandson woke me up at 7:00am...I am seriously dragging this morning. But this thread is like a good book I can't put down! I think this thread is going to help keep this in the public eye... you know when FReepers pick up on things the media seems to follow...I really think the media gets there info here...we do all the work for them! I hope they are anyway because something is way wrong with this whole story...
Oh no are you watching?

Trying to post - sloooowwwwww - must be a lot of activity on the Libby thread.
This is terrible - 4 out of 5 charges - jury had no clue on the law - was confused.
Pack your bags..I just heard the verdict. UGH!
Here's the Libby Thread:

Didn't the guy from TMZ say that he couldn't find anything on Howard.
What are the possibilities?
Inside some kind of institution and the records are sealed?
Is there a possibility that he worked for the goverment in some clandestine covert op. The people who do that often end up with mental problems.
Is it possible that one of his parents worked for the government?
Why don't any of the people who interview his sister ask about his background.
Come on Greta.
The ad for ET on tonight is saying that Virgie went crazy at the graveside.
Not even a school year book picture?
Extremely odd.
Not if it says: Person to most likely to blackmail people.
I wonder if Greta is aware of Briget and better yet, wonder why she hasn't interviewed her as of yet.
That's what I think.
Except.... last night on Greta's show it was pointed out any future husbands were excluded from inheriting from her will.
He was only guardian for the funeral.. Funeral is over ergo his duties are as well.
Amazing how people will subconsiously give you clues to the truth.
