Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Sometime between Daniel's arrival after 10pm and before his death between 6-9:30am family portraits were taken. Who took the pics and why would they take them in the middle of the night? What was the rush, if as HKS said in LKL interview, Daniel was going to live in the Bahamas and go to school there?

You might be right, couldn't remember the name.
And can't remember if it was Larry King interviewing her or someone else. But seems there would be video clips (or at least transcripts) of it on the internet.
I never thought or posted that HKS would admit to anyone he used drugs.
I posted that to highlight how HKS wanted to make a point, wanted to announce that he was unfamiliar with drugs, (he is a liar).
I must say it seems they photgraphed just about EVERY day of their lives.
So, I'm not surprised they took these pics too.
I do remember now getting the impression that the person was saying (in so many words) that Howard did do drugs regularly.

I misunderstood..thought you were highlighting his statement to show contrary facts to drug usage. Sorry.
If he did do drugs, he seemed to do them only at home...all photos of him out in public he seems not high, unlike Anna.
Guess he knew he had to maintain the lawyer appearance.
Ya know, sometimes these pyschos give too much information. And that in and of itself is suspicious to cops.
I think her name is Hatten - she has the brother who was jailed and she is also Dannielyn's Godmother.
